Every time I visit Dr. Miller and his wife Debi, I leave a better person. Dr. Miller is very personable and gives a thorough exam. It is very easy to get an appointment, and I always feel like I am his most important patient. Debi is a real treat to work with when finding new frames. Her honesty and knowledge on the latest styles has me looking like a movie star when I leave in my new shades! Thank you both for such great service. I look forward to my next visit!Best,Susanne

Dr. John Miller and his staff have provided my family with excellent eye care for over 25 years. We have recommended his services to several friends with challenging vision issues and all have been very pleased with their experiences. Dr. Miller and his staff provide an impeccable level of detail and personal attention to their patients. I recently experienced some annoying blurring in one of my eyes and visited Dr. Miller for a solution. He quickly identified a potential virus in my retina and immediately arranged for me to see a retina specialist for confirmation and treatment. The specialist confirmed the diagnosis and began a 4 month treatment which not only saved my vision, but my eye! The specialist said he only sees 1 or 2 cases like mine every year and it is usually misdiagnosed by the time he sees the patient. He stated that Dr. Miller’s attention, diagnosis and actions saved my eye. Without Dr. Miller’s actions, the specialist said I was less than 2 weeks away from losing my eye and I should thank Dr. Miller and take him out to dinner! Thank you John for your years of great and attentive service!
Awful experience, these people have no clue as to what customer service is. Dr Duey is the know-it-all type, very arrogant, no empathy whatsoever, no listening skills. This is a place to avoid, if you value your eyes.
I have been going to Dr. Duey for about 10 years now and my whole family loves him. He is a brilliant doctor and has been very helpful to my family. His staff is also kind and patient.
John has been taking care of my family's eyes for years and I highly recommend him. Personal service. Expert knowledge. Great experience.
Thank you, Dr. Miller, Mrs. Miller and Kathy for your help some weeks back to pick out my new Silhouette frames - very cool. Love them! But even more special thanks go out to you for all your help today, when I got the very sticky glue from a facial wax strip on one of the lenses (go figure!) I was so worried that I had ruined the special coatings - but you had chemicals to remove that glue mess - you saved my glasses! I'll think of you fondly when I am stylin' wearing them, during my upcoming NYC trip! All the best, BH
THEY PUT A HOLE IN MY EYE DURING A ROUTINE EXAM!!! On my very first visit to get my eyes checked for glaucoma I was told I needed to go through all of the initial eye exams. Fine. I did this with a tech who had a horrible bedside manner and obviously didn’t care at all about me. During this initial exam I was given a cornea test where they basically hold a pointed device up to your eye to test the integrity of your cornea. She then RIPPED a hole in my cornea! I was numb so I felt nothing at first but I could tell right away that my vision had been severely compromised. I couldn’t see anything out of my left eye. I mentioned this to her and she said it was fine. It was only when I asked her a second time that she sighed and bothered to take a look. Within a few seconds of looking through the microscope she got up and said ‘Let me get the doctor’, which is never a good sign.Dr. Sagar was the one who came in to see me and though she was very nice she certainly said that this never happens and kept asking if something was wrong with the eye to begin with; insinuating that this was my fault. I have never had this problem before. Once the numbing solution wore off I was in more pain than I can possibly describe to you. Having a cut on your eye means each movement, eye open or closed, is agony. The next tech that came in put a contact on (which I didn’t want because I’m afraid of things going in my eye) but he was incredibly kind and calming. The main person there that I felt actually cared about me.By March, allergy season, I’d rubbed my eye because it was itchy a lot one day and then I sneezed causing my eyes to clench which opened up my abrasion again. I called their emergency line and NEVER received a call back. Lens Crafters took care of their mess. The doctor there said the reason it opened back up again was because it never healed properly.I would urge you with every care that I have for your eye sight to never visit this office.
Dr Duey is an arrogant know-it-all with zero listening skills. Avoid Focus on Vision, if you value your eyes. Duey's version of humor is to poke fun at whatever problem you are having with your eyes. My impression of him is a person who is very emotionally immature.
My family has been using Dr. Miller's services for 2 years and couldn't be happier. Prior to finding Dr. Miller, I went through a number of eye care professionals to handle my 9 year old son's vision needs. No one ever took the time to listen to his preferences or complaints or fit him properly. Dr. Miller's staff has been incredibly patient and kind to him. They take pains to ensure the frames he's choosing really fit his face properly, are practical (in terms of lasting materials for a young boy) and that he really likes them. He actually enjoys going for glasses now! Additionally, Dr. Miller provided a second opinion for me about my son's eyesight, he examined my son and explained his vision issues in great detail to me, and helped me understand what lenses would give him the best sight. During my own exam, he diagnosed me with a problem that wasn't eye related, gave me a wonderful referral to check it out and was correct in his diagnosis. He saved me a separate trip to my PCP and perhaps even more blood work and testing. Our family is incredibly happy with Dr. Miller and will use his services for years to come.
I found this place searching through Google. I have wanted to try colon cleansing before, but I was scared. Thankfully I am not over that fear thanks to this place. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, that's just the type of person I am, and you must schedule, make sure that you make your appointment or cancel it if you can't because you will be charged. The prices, based off of taking to my dad who has had colon cleansing before, are very affordable and reasonable. I recommend purchasing a package, because once you do it you will realize just how much you need it. I can not speak for the other services provided, but after talking to the manager, who is a wonderful and very spiritual person, I know that anything they provide is worth it and will have you feeling better when you leave. I tried the colon cleansing as previously mentioned, the website offers some great information and I actually found out that I had visited her website and read about it five months ago. Everything is explained, from the insertion to the pressure, to the privacy. The experience is what matters though, and for me I made the mistake of not eating for 24 hours. Please note that you need to eat! Do not eat an hour or two before your appointment and do not ingest an excessive amount of water. You want this to be a balanced and normal experience. The motion was very simple, and while it did make me feel extremely cramped, all that information was provided to me. Honestly, if you are having any physical ailements this is the place to go. You will be well taken care of, oh, and it is CLEAN! Note: If you are on the table, DO NOT GET OFF THE TABLE UNTIL YOUR SESSION IS DONE, I made that mistake and felt really bad, but as I said the manager is very friendly and will make sure you are taken care of and that any and all anxieties are remedied.
