Buying a vehicle from Marietta Auto Sales Dealership was one of the worst buying mistakes I’ve ever made. I’ve never left a negative review on any company before until now because I’m not that type of person, but my experience with this dealership was a HORRIBLE ONE. I bought a Lamborghini from them and I trusted them to sell me a good vehicle but they betrayed that trust. I even SPECIFICALLY asked them if the engine and transmission of the vehicle was good, and they lied to me that it was in perfect condition. So I paid them, but when the vehicle was delivered, it was completely stripped naked: No foot mats, no manual, no extra key, nothing. As if that wasn’t enough, I took the car to Lamborghini for servicing and they found out that the car has engine and transmission problems. The car was also smoking, and the drain plugs were messed up. Lamborghini said it will cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix the problems and damages to the car.I called Marietta’s GM, Mike DeJesus to complain, but he started avoiding my calls. So I decided to check out their reviews online and that was when I found out about other angry customers who were also deceived and lied to. If I had read the reviews before I bought the car, I wouldn’t have had anything to do with this dealership.I’ve contacted a consumer lawyer to help me file lawsuits against them; but I want to quickly warn anyone reading this to be very careful before buying anything from this company. In fact, there are other honest auto dealerships out there that will not lie and deceive you, and eventually sell a bad car to you.
We called nalleys on dec 28 and inquired about a vehicle we were interested . When we called we told them we wanted a safety inspection done , because we were going to buy that night . When we arrived they couldn’t find the vehicle but finally found it in service . We waited an hour while they located it . We learned of this veh on line . We have not been driving vehicle except home , However yesterday on the way to church several cars almost hit us because it would only go 3 miles an hour , all lights on dash came on and it stopped . This happened on a main highway . Our son was speaking at church , so we had to arrange him another ride , we had roadside service come and when the hood was lifted we both witnessed complete loose cables on the battery , and the alternator was not putting out anything . The loose wires clearly a safety hazard and the brakes going out . The thing was when we test drove the suv it shook , the sale person said I really don’t know what it is but I see exactly what you are talking about . He drove us in the suv to the service dept . He went and talked to a service tech and then came back and told us Infiniti’s shake like this the tech said when It is cold 😳 well we weren’t mechanics so we trusted them at their word . Now , they willDo “NOTHING” about it . The safety test could have never been done . We realize now we bought it before they inspected . Now , they will not have it towed or do anything . Please please do not attempt to purchase from this place . Customers sell is weighed high , but the safety of the vehicle isn’t weighed at all . Please buy somewhere else ... We are looking to buy 2 new Infiniti’s suv in feb ....does anyone know of a dealership that places safety above a sell? It’s not nalleys Infiniti Marietta for sure
Poor customer experience with service department and service manager.... I leased a new 2016 Volvo X60 recently, I selected Volvo over previous cars manufactures that I leased from including BMW and Mercedes Benz because I thought safety, quality and customer service would be about equal, unfortunately they are not! My car now has only 17,000 miles and the car was serviced once by the dealership at 10,000 miles as required. The front tires are bald and unsafe for driving. The service manager Bill Harper agreed that tires are unsafe and suggested that over inflation is the cause. I went on to explain that I never put any air in the tires and the car had only been serviced by Jim Ellis Volvo. I was very disappointed in his confrontational attitude, arrogance an unwillingness to replace the two front tires under warranty. He said if I didn't like it to call Volvo myself, which I did. My advice to other consumers... avoid Jim Ellis Volvo at any cost and look at other manufactures and/or dealerships. I would not buy from Jim Ellis Volvo again and would not recommend them to colleagues or family members. Extremely disappointed in the service manager Bill Harper. I am awaiting a reply from Volvo customer service as well (800) 752-2541.
If u don't want to be screwed over u better not go here because u will definitely get screwed here they have cars that's wrecked and then not fixed right at the body shop and then they just patch cars up just good enough to sell them so do ure self a favor and find another car lot
I’ll be the first to admit that it’s easy to write a negative review and that most people don’t take the time to write a positive one, so I thought I would write a few words about my visit to Ed Voyles Chrysler in Marietta. Particularly the Body Shop. I brought a Chrysler Town & Country in for an oil change but stopped off at the Body Shop first because I damaged trim on the rear. Gerami Henson, the manager, quoted me a repair price. Like all body shops the price depends on parts and the labor necessary to repair and install the parts. I felt that the repair labor was high but Gerami said if the labor was less he would make an adjustment. Yeah, sure! Who ever heard of a dealer charging you less than the price quoted. It’s always more. Paying less was never going to happen.A part had to be ordered and when I received a call from Melai Trout that the part had arrived, an appointment was set for the following Wednesday at 3:30 PM. I arrived a little early at 3:15 and at 3:29 the car was pulled into the shop and repaired. And exactly what Gerami promised, happened. The labor was less so Melai charged me less. Thank you Gerami and Melai. What an honorable way to conduct business.I have an appointment with the service department tomorrow morning for a mechanic to look at a broken seat part that should be covered under the manufacture’s warrantee. I will keep you posted as to what transpires.
I was very disappointed with my car buying experience here. I purchased a 2006 Subaru Forester. These cars have a known head gasket issue so I was careful to ask that this repair had already been done and was assured that it had been. Salex provided me with a receipt proving that they had replaced this part. Two weeks after driving the car in was in the shop for head gaskets to the tune of $1785. It had never been done. I got ripped off.
This is the 3rd car that I have brought from my friend Johnny at SML auto. And as with the other 2, I'm very satisfied with the vehicle that Johnny found for me. Again Johnny demonstrated his professionalism and expertise. If you are looking for the car of your dreams, at a fair price way below the normal process of dealing with dealerships, then SML auto is the place for you. SMLs, Johnny's goal is to provide you with BEST service in obtaining you your dream car. Thanks again Johnny for finding EXACTLY want I wanted. LOVE THIS CAR. 2009 Infiniti G37 convertible.
I found SML Auto Sales accidentally on Craigslist, and that was the best thing that could have happened to me after looking for a car for over a week. Johnny is absolutely the best! He found the exact car that we wanted within the budget we wanted, and it was absolutely perfect! I initially had reservations about buying from the auction, but Johnny did a great job in explaining the process and ultimately relieving my fears. I will never go to another dealership; Johnny has earned my business for life. If you are looking for a car, he is your guy!
I shopped for a vehicle for months before finally Purchasing a Honda CR-V from Johnny. Great guy he really cares about bringing quality used vehicles to his customers. He was completely upfront about the vehicle and his business, and we felt he valued us a people as well as customers. When we first went to test drive Johnny had already scheduled to have the airbag recall replaced something that NO OTHER sales person was willing to do during my search. We put down a deposit to hold the vehicle until the repair was made and financing came through which took about 3 days. I LOVE MY NEW CR-V completely clean insides and out and drives like a dream! Thanks Johnny!! We will defiantly recommend SML and look forward to doing business with you for all our future auto needs.
