Horrible! Stay away!! Limo in poor condition with cheap paint job, driver was late then got lost followed by Limo breaking down in middle of traffic. Worst part was that company showed no concern for our plans and never offered to get us to our destinations. Worst limo company ever.

I made a reservation for a 5:30 am pick up by phone for a Shuttle at their pick up location Mariott Atlanta Northwest Galleria location four days in advance. There was another passenger who was also waiting and made her reservation also in advance. The shuttle never showed up so they ended up having to share a limo to the airport. Their service stinks! Of course, you can't call anyone to inquire because they were closed at the hour of the scheduled pick up time. BAD SERVICE...better not reserve here if you really need to be at the airport on time! They need caring, professional employees...their employees just don't care.
This is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not show up to my wedding even though the date was confirmed with them three times the week prior. The night of the wedding they spent nearly an hour supposedly trying to get a limo to me, but after hanging up on my sister multiple times the receptionist with an attitude decided it would right all wrongs to simply refund my deposit.... After the wedding they continued to be extremely rude and would not take responsibility for their mistake. They also refused to let me speak with the owner. Do not hire them!
J&L Limousine never showed up for my sister's wedding! We were on the phone with them for 45 minutes before we finally told them to cancel because they couldn't pick up the bride and groom until over an hour after the wedding ended. They admitted to "writing down the wrong date", despite receiving multiple confirmation calls the week of the wedding. They were very rude and unapologetic. We requested a call from the owner after the wedding and have yet to hear from them. I would not recommend using J&L Limousine for any event.
Was charged for a service I did not receive. Was also hung up on when trying to dispute the charge and was yelled at. Will not be using their services again.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, NO JOKE! It started off poorly when the shuttle service overbooked the shuttle picking us up from the hotel and transporting us to the Airport...a pretty time-sensitive situation as the airlines won't wait just because your RESERVED shuttle service is running late. When we couldn't get on the shuttle at our reserved time, we were told they were immediately sending out a second shuttle to get us and to expect its arrival within about 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes to arrive. At that point, the driver wanted to wait just a few more minutes to try and get the next hour's reserved passengers on board to save from being late for that group. When we expressed our concern for the delay and getting to the airport on time, the driver, Sam, replied with smart aleckey remarks and a condescending attitude. He told us, "I'm the person they send out when folks get upset because I'm good at customer service and can deal with negative people." He answered 4 phone calls in the 20 minute trip from the hotel to the airport. All but 1 were obviously personal calls as he was discussing his plans for after work, places he needed to stop on his way home and other personal topics. In each conversation, he made sure to loudly discuss the passengers in the van and how we "are not happy campers" and "are wound a little tight." From the seat in back, I could see the "Low Tire Pressure" light was lit up on his instrument cluster and could clearly see the speedometer. He was driving between 85 and 95 MPH in a 55 MPH zone for most of the ride, weaving through traffic. When we asked him to please slow down, that we weren't in that big of a rush he replied with "I'm keeping with the flow of traffic and trying to get you to the airport on time. How fast do you want me to go?" We asked him to slow down to closer to the speed limit. He then hit the brakes, started driving 55 in the left lane and asked, "How's that? Does that make you feel Better?" When we got to the airport and literally the enitre bus cheered, Sam responded with"Hey, if this is the worst thing that happened to you all day, consider yourself lucky. 3 years ago my fiance' woke up and lost her leg. Y'all should be grateful that you're alive and well."I felt ill for a good hour after finally getting off the shuttle at the airport. I still get goosebumps thinking about that crazy trip in the rattle-trap of a bus. We have used A&M Limo for several years on this annual business trip but I will not ever be booking another trip with them again.
We rented a large limo for a middle school homecoming dance. Our driver, Franklin, was very professional and welcoming. He was firm with the kids but let them have fun and enjoy the limo. This is a very organized and professional company and we had a great experience beginning with our reservation through the event and all the way to the end of the evening. We will definitely be using J&L Limo Service again!
