On August 10, 2018 I bought 2013 Audi Q7 at this dealership. When I got home that evening and reviewed the sales contract I've noticed discrepancy - mileage on the car was about 900 miles above of what was listed in sales order. The next day I've also noticed that a separate $99 title charge was listed on the buyers order, in addition to the highly inflated $599 dealer documentation charge. I notified the salesperson - Spencer, and the sales documentation was re-printed with the correct mileage and backdated, but the title fee was nor refunded even, though, the title transfer charge in GA is $18.The more serious problem came about 24 hours later, when I discovered that the car that was advertised as being in the excellent condition exhibited a major engine malfunction, requiring about $4000 repair. I notified the dealership and was told by an employee, Matt, not to worry, that we will take care of you. When I arrived to the dealership later that day for a resolution of the issue, a salesperson, Spencer, told me that the dealership will not pay for any of the required repairs.While it is true, I bought a used car, sold as is, one would not expect a $28k car that's described as being in excellent condition to breakdown within 48 hours of purchase. This dealership is clearly engaged in customers' deception by concealing the problems to entice customers to buy their cars.In addition, the salesperson, Spencer, is incompetent. His only function during the sales process was to properly prepare the documents. He had no authority, nor the skills for sales negotiations, nor could he competently demonstrate the car or had any knowledge about the product he was selling. And even the documents were not prepared properly which necessitated my return to the dealership the next day.Overall, the dealership is engaged in deceptive and unethical business practices.
This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with in my LIFE, not being exaggerative either. To make a long story short they sell you on low down payment and extended warranty. When you take your car in, plan to sit all day before a person even tends to you car. As even taking a look at this issue you brought it in for. Currently I’m dealing with a coolant leak issue that they have billed me $1,400 for as well as paying a dedectuable 2x and I still have the coolant leak. I’ve called this place over 75x and my issue is still unresolved. Next I’ll being going to the BBB and complain. Making as much noise as one can to be heard and taken care of. No company like bad publicity, but when warranted... here you have it. This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.
Mr. Roy is very good at what he does. He was able to diagnose my van issue and fix it right away. He doesn’t overcharge and won’t take advantage of you. Give him a call. He definitely get your car running again.
I am not one to down a company, but I feel it is important to share this so no one else has to go through what we went through. June 30th we drove to Atlanta to look at a van we found from Alliance Auto Group. The manager, Dan, was there to help us. We test drove the vehicle and were very pleased with what we had found. We decided to purchase the vehicle if he agreed to repair the broken door actuator and a rattling heat shield. He agreed and we put down a deposit. He said it would be ready in about a week. A week went by and we didn't hear a single word. We sent him a text and he said that the part was not in and had been delayed because of the Holiday. Tuesday we followed up again, after no contact, and we were told that the part was in, but it would be atleast Thursday before it would be ready. Thursday passed and still not a single word from Dan. We called again and was told that it still was not ready. When we asked what the hold up was he said that he was using a mechanic that did this in his spare time to save money. He again promised that it would be ready on Saturday. Saturday rolled around and not a single word. Justin text him and again asked if it would be ready, and he simply replied "not today." He then cut off all communication, refusing to answer a text or call. Today we finally got in touch with him and asked for our deposit back due to lack of communication and him not having any indication of when it would be ready. He said that he would only give us half. As per our written agreement, he would not give the deposit back once the repairs were finished. They clearly were not.Justin told him that he was breaking the agreement and would get a lawyer involved if need be. He told us, he could care less.He had plenty of money with or without us and to have our lawyer to contact his.Now he has cut all contact and refuses to give any of our money back.We feel that we were treated very unfairly and would strongly discourage anyone from using this company.
