AWFUL! I ordered a hat as a gift in the beginning of May. I was told it would be ready in 2 weeks, tops. I called after 3 weeks because I was never told it was ready. They said they hadn't gotten in the hats to embroider yet. They said they would call back when it was ready and it should just be a few days. No one ever called. I called multiple times within the next 3 weeks and got various excuses, from the owner being out of town, to losing my order form. Everyone always promised to call me back and no one ever did. I eventually went up to the store after being promised it would be done, and it wasn't. I asked for a refund and received one. I am still very upset because this was a birthday gift that I never was able to give, and now I don't have a gift two months later. The most frustrating part is that not one employee ever apologized to me. Worst customer service ever. They will never have my business and I will ensure that no one else has to go through this.
The owner KA is very unprofessional. So here we go!! I first ordered a jacket for my daughter in early August they said it would be in within 2 weeks.... Wrong didn't come in until October. The owner said she would drop it off to my daughter at her college on Wednesday for the inconvenience. Wednesday came she never came. My daughter shows up at the store and her jacket isn't there because it's in the owners car.... Finally the worker (Kelsey)there took the jacket and drove it to my daughter. Ok since Kelsey did that I kinda forgave them. So I ordered a jacket the beginning of January they said it would be in 2 weeks I told them I really needed it done by then. Kelly assured me it would be ready. Called 1/17 not done. Sent several msgs nobody was responding until 1/31 KA was on vacation in SC!!!! And she would ck and get back to me and guess what??? She never did!!! Do not go there!!! She's very rude!
