Please, refrain from using this store for your phone and internet needs. A trivial problem that could be solved in a matter of seconds will turn into a lifelong drama. If you decided to do business with AT&T, just place your orders online or over the phone. If you prefer going to a store, go to Best Buy where the employees are knowledgeable and ready to help with a big smile. I`ve been having internet problems and got a lot of work and school work to do. I went to this store to get a tablet with 4g connection so I could get work done no matter what. I need Adobe Flash Player for my classes and online books so I was told, the IPad was not a good choice since it doesn't support it. I already new that. The representative told me the difference of the IPad and the Asus (Windows OS) would be that the IPad has ITunes but does not support Flash and the Asus only complaint was about not having the ITunes, which I don`t care about.I got back home to get my work done after purchasing the Asus just to find out it does NOT support Flash Player. It took several hours trying to download it and doing research to actually come to the verdict there was no way I could go around it. The tablet was now absolutely useless to me.I went back to the store trying to exchange the Asus to an Android that would support Flash Player. I was offered no help regarding the exchange and was told my only choice was pay the restocking fee plus the difference in the products cost or wait until Tuesday. The first representative didn't even know how the tablet worked and was researching if it supported Flash, proving that I was offered a device that did not meet my needs that were clearly expressed before the purchase. The other person, who was probably a store manager, just came over trying to pretty much get us out of the store. Everything was done with a very rude, unprofessional and dismissive approach as if we didn't even deserve to be at the store or even ask about the product we bought or the one we wished to exchange it for.They offered us no help whatsoever and treated my husband and I in a very threatening and unfriendly way. I was very upset and crying at the store as I have deadlines to meet. I`m over 8 months pregnant and studying overnight to get my work done. It is now 3am!!!Thankfully, we called AT&T customer service and got part of the problem solved. We`ll never forget this bad experience and will never return to the store. We almost cancelled all the services with have with AT&T and the only thing that kept us with them was the great service we got over the phone. The store staff wasted our very very precious time, if not the whole day, due to lack of training, technological knowledge and customer service skills.The other problem is, due to the holiday, we won`t have our money refunded until next week and won`t be able to purchase the correct tablet anymore. I`m counting on the help of friends to use their internet and not fail my classes. Bottom line is my husband and I both work with Retail Sales and Customer Service and we know exactly how things work. The way the situation was handled was not acceptable at all. There are no words to express how frustrating it was. We don`t wish anybody such a bad day! DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
