If I could put zero stars, I would. This company has been frustrating to deal with over issues that should be minor, and downright miserable on major issues. There have been numerous issues with processing payments and correctly applying the payment to our account. Any issue that is raised is immediately the homeowners fault and/or responsibility without any attempt to listen/read the complaint. Only after constant calling, emailing, and escalating to the HOA board can resolution be obtained. Responses can take days to be received. Overall, this is a poorly run, unprofessional organization. One of the biggest issues we had was termites. The company retained to maintain the termite bond apparently is not doing their job. Not only our unit, but a couple others had active infestations identified in prior month. We had a separate company inspect the property that found signs of active termites. 2 days later, the management company's termite company gave us a clean bill of health. When this was raised to the Sharper Image, the complaint was not addressed.Our biggest satisfaction with this entity was the sale of the property and no longer having to deal with Sharper Image. If you are an association looking for a management company, I would be wary of this organization. If you a property owner in a community management by Sharper Image, I would ask for a full accounting of your account and request an inventory of report issues & resolution. For the amount of money charged to the community, you would expect a professional, responsive group. They are not.
Horrible company do not use them. Dirty company they do NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOW END MANAGEMENT
They own the building my company is in at 550 Pharr Rd. People are constantly getting stuck in the old broken down elevators. HVAC doesn't work and needs to be replaced. Terrible management company.
I am going to give some feedback on this company. I was referred to them by a good friend of mine because our community was self-managed. We were in desperate need of a management company. I gave them a call and they emailed me some information and I gave them a call back and set up a meeting. All went well, actually all went very, very well. We really needed to get some collection processes in play from old assessments that haven’t been paid in a couple years. That was our main concern. They have a collections department that was very reasonably priced and they took affirmative action and we are seeing results now as we speak. So although we have hired them and it’s only been a few months we are seeing the change in the community and some change in the HOA Bank account. I would say give them a shot. You won’t regret it.
I just wanted to leave some feedback for this company because they are actually the best management company I have dealt with. To sum it all up, we have just signed on with this company to manage my HOA and within 4 months we are already seeing change and a positive response in the community. They are going above and beyond to help are community bounce back. They also have a collections department that works. Literally they are making progress in collecting pass due assessments from homeowners who have failed to pay for a year or 2 in our community. I would recommend you give this company a shot. It is well worth it. They definitely do some quality work.
I am the current President of my board for my HOA in Lilburn, Ga. When we voted to have Horizonz manage our community, it was the best decision we made. For years prior we thought we had a good management company, but I won't reveal the name of that company as we are trying to forget them and the many ways they bamboozled us for so much money. Once Horizonz came aboard we saw an immediate change in our budgeting and community affairs. They have better vendors and they are always on top of any issues we have, which aren't many anymore. Not to bore you with a lengthy review I will get straight to the point to be made. Hands down I would recommend this company to any friend who lives in a community with an HOA. They are very affordable and you will get the best bang for your buck. They always go above and beyond. Thank you so much Horizonz.

I moved here 3 years ago and absolutely love it! My dog and I love all of the trees and nature on this property. It it the most serine and quiet neighbor hood I've lived in. They have a hands on curtsy office and property manager that live on site and make we feel safe and well taken care of. It's a very small community and everyone is kind and close knit, there are even resident appreciation breakfasts held some mornings at 6:00am!!!! I absolutely love it here and the location is amazing, close to shopping centers, bars, restaurants and several highways to give me easy excess to the city and Buckhead.
This is a horrible place to live. Location is good - but roaches roaches roaches. They are money hungry - omg - don't ever be late on your rent - the late fees are almost $250 for JUST LATE FEES!!! Then after the next week add another $250 making it impossible to catch up so get ready to be evicted!! The staff is unfriendly and can be right out nasty - the place is falling apart. Water pressure - you could stand in the rain and take a better shower. The layout of the apartments is great but there are NO vents in the bathroom so mold is terrible. The pool is not to bad - the fitness room is a JOKE - grounds are ok - maintance is slow and even with water flowing through your apartment - there is nothing wrong - so nothing basically gets done - can not wait to end my lease and move!! Even with 60 days notice to get out of your lease you will wind up owing them well over $1000 .... get me out of here!!! ....... DON"T MOVE HERE!!
PDQ's president/owner, Wanda Galante will mismanage your money, look you in the eye, and smile the whole time. Google her name to see her recent arrest record and the multiple civil suits against her for not disclosing financials for condominium associations she manages. How would you like know that confidential records, checks, invoices, etc. are stuffed in her attic? That, readers, is a fact. A matter of public record. Go to Cobb County Superior Court's website. It's all there. If you have been wronged by PDQ/Wanda Galante, speak up!
