My name is Camila de Oliveira and I signed up for the nail program starting on March 22, 2017. I have removed my self from this program do to discrimination/harassment based on race/ethnicity. The instructor named Bela is the most unprofessional individual I have ever seen teaching in my entire life, she is racist and is an embarrassment to VIP Beauty school.. She has made an example out of me on multiple occasions do to me being from Brazil causing me such an embarrassment in front of all the students, she only talked down on me, told the students I had the perfect example of HOW NOT TO DO THEIR NAILS and that I had an infection on my fingers . This is not acceptable. She is so rude not only to students but also to paying customers. I have spoken to the school director and was asked to give them a chance to fix it and so I did. Bela was normal for 1 day and went right back to her bizarre behavior. On Thursday March 30, after the instructor made several racial comments about "Brazilians" and told me that I do not know how to do anything then told me to do a pedicure. I asked her how can I do a pedicure when I dont know how to do anything?? She insisted that I did not know how to do anything but was still going to make me do the pedicure. This instructor has caused me to have a panic attack that very same day as I decided to walk out of the school. The owner has refunded me my money.. Since I've quit this school the Nail instructor still bad mouthing me... Avoid this place. Save yourself the trouble.

The Skin Care instructors are not professional except one (Nadia), they and the Spanish speaking student pretty much do whatever they one. They don't have a Skin Care instructor who speak English only so you are thrown in a class with people who speak Spanish. The instructors don't give you much direction because they are doing whatever they like (like buying make-up ,talking to other instructors, students and ordering lunch). the instructors are very discrimative towards people who don't speak Spanish (its you against them). Really didn't learn much I pretty much self taught myself. They are unfair cause I got suspended for 3 days for school because of some hear say, totally not fair. If you want a school that is professional, fair and you are actually being taught , this is certainly not the school. THIS IS THE TRUE EXAMPLE OF YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU PAY FOR
whorse school, bad admistration work with the most cheap materials the market has.very very old techniques tools and products for skin care very old really dangerous to apply those products on customers .courses it may be cheap but is a really waste of money they do not care if student is really prepare for been on the field, admistration never paid attention on students or customers to know if they are satisfied with services.my recommendation is better paid more money for a school is more certified. really bad school
