Stylist was unprofessional.Never showed up and when rescheduled Canceling one before appointment. Unacceptable would fire her.
very nice staff courteous friendly the work is good fast service good prices I will come back and refer more people
They are friendly and professional. My hair was in bad shape but without chemicals, Susana made it healthy again. She trimmed it and deep protein conditioned it, without the blow dryer, then she styled it.
When I called for an appointment I specifically said haircut only which I was told was $35.00. Victor gave me my best haircut ever!! When I paid at the front desk. I was told the charge was $45.00. Victor dried my hair after the cut , used the blower dryer and crunchedmy hair with his fingers. This WAS NOT a styling using a brush etc.It was a rip off as far as I am concerned charging me $10.00 more.Very unpleasant experience except for the great haircut.
My mother goes here and when I come down from NY, so do I!! Always a job done well and I leave happy!! Prices are not bad either!!
This place has gone down hill! I used to be a customer when David was the owner. Then this was a classy elegant tasteful salon with talented stylists. Granted there are a few left but only a few. The shop has turned into a bargain basement looking operation. The shining chrome, elegant and tasteful black and white accented by track lighting has fallen far by the wayside. The friendly professionally dressed receptionist has been replaced by a far from friendly woman in baggy wrinkled clothes and flip flops playing on an iPad ignoring customers. The lovely spread of bagels and cream cheese has turned into a Tupperwear container of dollar store cookies. I also remember this shop being so busy that there was barely any room to walk, now it is dead slow. Truly sad to see what has happened to this shop in the last 10 years.
They always do such a great job and even if they are fast they still do a great job. Plus they are funny too and make you laugh while your getting your styling done.
Just moved to the area in March and its been hard to find a good and affordable Salon, then I found Francoise Beauty & Nail Salon. I've found my place. Gladys did a great job on my mani / pedi last week and today I needed a hair cut (had one 3 weeks ago and it was awful, so today I called Francoise and they fit me in with Guylain and it was fantastic. I've found my home. And as an FYI, I paid $29 with a Groupon 3 weeks ago and that places regular price was $54 for a shampoo & cut...today I paid $14.50 and got a 100 times better haircut.
Best in the neighborhood. 20 hairdressers to choose from. Nails, epicures. Waxing.
Absolutley love my hair ; the girls take their time and get it done right. Will be back during the week for keratin treatment
I walked in there with my two boys. Asked an older man about haircut pricing for my boys. The old man told me 12 dollars. I then asked if someone was available to cut his hair. The older man then looked at me tapped my two year old on the head and said for their head I needed to go a few stores over. To the black barber shop. I looked at him and said I will never return to this establishment. Then left! Mind you the "look Latino" was empty. I was doing them a favor!
