Bob & Sons Auto Repair

I felt uncomfortable being here.. brought a jeep wrangler in to get fixed and i left with nothing being fixed at all. i asked for a refund but was denied and told to leave or else? im not into confrontation so i just left. im never going to see bob again.

Check the attached pictures, all that damage was caused entirely by Bob.

Spent over $200 (in cash) at this place to fix my car. My car was never fixed. In fact, the complete opposite. Bob actually lit my car's engine on fire and caused severe damage that is now going to cost me a lot of money. There is a reason he makes you pay him in cash.

Save yourself the money and the headache, take your car to an actual auto repair shop that let's you pay with a credit card because that keeps them more honest and more hesitant to damage your car. It's not worth taking the risk with a local shop like this. By the way, when I went to pick my car up he left the key in the ignition completely unlocked outside... I was told the key would be put under the mat. Avoid this place, you have been warned.

The guy is a pervert, be careful and avoid this place. I am not going to go into detail about my experience other than it was creepy... very creepy.

The guy is creepy. I would avoid this place if you care about your safety. He will rip you off and refuse to refund as well.

What can I say Bob has been doing work for me for years now. He is the meanest old man but gets the job done and does it for an amazing low price. The only thing I complain about is he doesnt know how to talk to people but it doesnt bother me anymore. He a good guy that will help you out anyway he can.

Repair center put a as he put a new fuel pump in within weeks we developed problems with the car not starting and stalling in the middle of roads. Mr. Bob not only does not warranty his work he also charges you again for the tow to get the vehicle in but an additional labor cost to do the repair. I checked with many other repair shops and they warranty for a year plus do not charge for the replacement or labor. Then after the 2nd repair he drops the warranty to only 90 days. Where does he get his customer service skills from much less his faulty parts.
