Overall, decent equipment (ordered a crib w/mattress & high chair). The crib was sturdy but showed some wear from being carried around but was perfectly useful. Can’t expect no dings from a rental. The high chair was in perfect condition! Users are expected to return item in clean condition to avoid a charge. But still I gave items a “once over”to ensure germ free. My only “heads up”is to understand their pick-up procedure at the end of your rental period. I did not so almost got charged additional rental days but did incur an additional $15 pick up fee. Here’s why.....I didn’t know I could leave the rented items outside my door for pickup on the day they were to pick up these items. I thought they might call to arrange a pick up time. (I was afraid to leave items outside due to theft.). But their “door to door”philosophy was not clear to me. I called the owner to explain I wasn’t clear on their pick up policy after I received a call that they came and the items weren’t outside my door so they were going to charge me until I contacted them. She waived the extra day charge (which was good since the stuff sat outside my door for 4days which didn’t bother me since it was the holidays and they were busy and I wasn’t being charged).But she said she couldn’t waive the extra $15 extra pick up fee because she has to pay people to return for pick up. I argued that it was not clear as when they dropped off their items they didn’t talk about pick up and it is vague language on their website. But I made amends as I think she was being as fair as she could be based on her expense factor. I believe they have good intentions. I just think they need to convey their basics when you call to rent so we don’t have to spend too much time reading the fine print which isn’t all that clear as I read it in retrospect. But again, overall, and if you understand how it all works, you would be satisfied.
