DO NOT TRUST. Rude and dishonest. I had a Groupon, and they told me it wasn't valid anymore because they stopped that promotion. It hasn't expired. Do they not understand how Groupon works?Groupon asked for proof they declined to honor it, which was not exactly possible as it all happened verbally. Upon calling Elite back to request written confirmation they no longer honored groupons for their service, the person I spoke with called me a stupid b-word and hung up on me. My credit card (Chase) was very nice about the disputed charge, so at least there's that. Kudos to Chase. Poo on everybody else involved.
Horrible. Called to use a Groupon I purchased. They refused to honor it stating "we don't work with Groupon anymore." The Groupon does not expire until July 1. "Take it up with Groupon" they stated. Interestingly, after refusing to honor the Groupon, they tried to offer me a "rate" that was 50% more than I paid for my Groupon ($150 instead of the $99.00 Groupon cost.) They explained that "you are better off this way because we charge $33.50 in extra fees each way on top of the $99.00 Groupon anyway." So even if they had honored the Groupon that would have cost me $166 and they NEVER DISCLOSED this in their Groupon offer. When I mentioned this, they promptly hung-up on me. Nice, huh? Reading the other reviews, I would not use this company for any price. Imagine being stranded at an Airport or missing an important flight because Boston Elite Transportation can't be trusted to be reliable or keep their word. This company should loose whatever licenses they have to operate.
It's a scam, We received same FLAT TIRE call. We were charged in February for a planned pick up on March 4; destination Logan airport. March 4 just 15 minutes before planned pick up we get the call "FLAT TIRE" but they were fixing it and would be 45 mins late. I cancelled and requested my reimbursement and drove to Logan. To date no reimbursement and no return call. Horrible
I just want to warn anyone who decides to use this company. First we booked a month in advance they showed up on time for our pickup into Logan but the return pickup from Logan we received a text nmessage saying they will not be there due to a flat tire and we are on our own Cmon not even a phone call. I understand things happen beyond our control but to cancel a reservation because of this and leave us stranded paying an additional 140.00 after paying them in advance for the service including tip. Why couldn't they have at least arranged other transportation or even sent another car.I payed up front for both to and from the airport with gratuities they said they would refund our payment but they never did I've called multiple times and always get a voicemail with no call back ever this is not the way to operate a business and want to warn people of these crooks. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Im going to make it my mission to let everyone know how they screw people
