Lived in their Lynn complex for seven years, after having a conflict about having the walls and carpet updated after that time. They refused, I contacted City Hall to arrange an inspection, I notified them to keep my unit in it's same state until after the inspection. The windows do not work, as they are extremely drafty, and the whole frame freeze in an inch thick of ice during winter storms. The heat will also not get above 68 degrees, when I complained about this, they stated the heat was fine even though the metrics show its not, they refuse to turn up the boiler temp to save money.Once they understood I was going to have an inspection, and told them not to enter, as the state would determine if they or I was liable for the pending issues, they had workers enter my home while I was at work, against my permission, and did not notify me. I only realized it when I arrived home, my door was locked in correctly, and my prescription medications were missing. When I contacted Ten and Emily, who work at Glover, they told me my accusation was unfounded, and if I didn't like it to move out.The management team that use to work here was awesome, this management crew cannot replace them. After I finish my trek through the courts for legal restitution I will be moving out as the workers / owners do not understand or respect tenant laws.
