Very rude and unprofessional.
Stay away.

Arrived 20 min after I called on a Saturday by the way. I was in town for a football game and had to leave right after so I was very pleased with the prompt response. Very professional and definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

Just had Mike from Bill's Lock & Key working on locks at our home and we couldn't be happier with the job he did. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Would definitely this company.

I work at Bill's Lock & Key. We have very few complaints, and when we do, we try to resolve them.



There were times when business was so good that we could not turn around and problems occurred. We did have an employee whose behavior was unprofessional and he is no longer with the business.



There are also times when cheap, weathered, old locks cause the locksmith many problems, spending hours when the job was expected to take minutes. We take the beating on these problems. The same thing goes for lockouts. The same price is charged when it takes longer. You are lucky when it takes a shorter period of time and we are too.

I have had this company to my condo several times over the past few years. They are always helpful and pleasant. The come immediately if it is an emergency. They try to get to you ASAP if it isnt. I have always had excellent service with them.

INCOMPITENT...PITIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CALLED THEM FRIDAY & GAVE AN EXTENSIVE DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I WANTED DONE, A BROKEN DOOR LOCK REPAIR & A DEADBOLT PUT ON THE DOOR.MY NAME WAS PUT ON THE BOARD FOR A CALL @9:30AM ON MONDAY TO CONFIRM MY PRESENCE AND THEY WILL BE @ MY HOUSE BETWEEN 10AMTO 10:30AM. MONDAY ROLLS AROUND, 9:30AM GOES BY. NO CALL. I ATTEMPT TO CALL THEM, NO ANSWER. I ATTEMPT SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL THEM . FINALLY, @ 10:45AM SOMEONE FINALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE. HE DID CONFIRM I WAS ON THE BOARD. HE STATES HE HAD SEWER ISSUES. I INQUIRED IF HE WAS THE ONLY WORKER & HE STATED NO. SO WHY WAS I NOT CALLED? THEY ATTEMPT TO PUT ME ON HOLD & I HERE THEM SAY "OH S--T, I FORGOT..." AND THE PHONE GOES DEAD. THEY CALL ME BACK & STATE THEY CAN HAVE SOMEONE THERE IN ABOUT AN HOUR, BUT THEY HAD TO CALL THE GUY & CONFIRM. I TOOK OFF MY JOB FOR THEM & ASK FOR COMPENSATION OF SOME SORT. NO WAY!!! AFTER SEVERAL BACK & FORTH CALLS, HE STATES HE COULD HAVE SOMEONE @ 3:30PM NOW, NOT THE HOUR WAIT. THE WHOLE DAY WAS WASTED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.VERY UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!TO HAVE MY REVIEW COUNT I WAS FORCED TO GIVE A ONE STAR RATING
