So emotionally dissatisfied with this place! Before Julia started cutting my hair I made sure to ask her if she does good layers, as she replied, "oh yeah". The last time I went there the layers were completely uneven, still I decided to give a different stylist the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately. I told her how I wanted my hair cut, like I have always had it done at every other place I've ever gotten my hair cut with no issues, and she didn't cut it like I had asked at all. I apologized to her politely and asked her to do what I had initially asked. She got quiet and started chopping away as if to be annoyed with having to take longer on my hair than she wanted to. Trying to get me out of the chair she took off the hair guard and gave me the mirror. She could tell I wasn't happy with the cut because the layers were not blended at all, but I don't believe she cared. I believe she was just trying to get me out of there. I paid at the front desk with card and she hovered over me watching to see if I left a tip, of course I did not because I was not satisfied with the service nor the cut. Before I even had time to grab my receipt she looked at me with disgust and said, "really? Don't come see me again. I just spent 30 mins cutting your hair and you didn't leave me any tip?" Then repeated saying, "don't come back and see me." All in front of a store full of customers. I was not only dissatisfied with the service and cut, but humiliated as well!! Other customers NEED to know when these types of things happen, so there you go, hopefully not future marble falls great clips customers!

I hate place. Every time I go it's a terrible experience. First off, the most unhappy people greet you with not even a hint of a smile. Then you're head gets attacked by a supposed stylist. I swear it felt like I was beaten as if I had just insulted the stylist's mom or something. At the end of it, it's a mediocre to just plain bad haircut. This last time the line is not even symmetrical. I going to try out vinny. I hope he is better. It's a shame that hair got butchered right before I have a important event to attend. Marble Falls is quickly loosing it's charm.
I watched a stylist drop her clipper gaurd on the floor that she didnt even clean before next customer, pick it up connect to her clippers and begin using it. Did not bother to clean or grab a clean gaurd. Same lady was rude when I was trying to sign in. Never coming back here
Even if you have to go to Austin don't come here customer service is beyond awful. If I told you the whole story it would look like a book so the short version. They charged $88.00 for two haircuts with shampoo and style...what a joke my hair wasn't even completly dry and I didn't even see a curling or straight iron at the station I was at. It was a special night for us and even though we were crunched for time I had to go back home and style my own hair. Never again. The only reason I gave them 1 star is it was required to leave a comment, which i probably wouldn't have bothered with if the girl who answered the phone was even interested in why I wanted off of their mailing llist.
Worst place in town. Customer service is horrible
