The company shreds, slices, dices and packages cheese for clients such as Kraft Foods, Land O'Lakes, Sysco, Sargento, and Schreiber Foods. It offers 22-pound blocks for restaurant and food service customers. With approximately 1,500 employees and three processing plants in Wisconsin and Mississippi, Marathon Cheese packages more than five million pounds per week of cheddar, Swiss, and other varieties of processed cheese. Revenues for the privately held company are estimated at $600 million annually.
