This pharmacy stinks. We've used it since Rainbow Foods closed more than a year ago, but we're finally giving up and going elsewhere. We are a family of 4 with a LOT of prescriptions. I am at the pharmacy every single week, and almost every week there are issues. I completely understand when things are held up because a doctor's approval is needed or something. I'm talking about issues where* I've been told a refill is ready, but I get there, and it's not* I have a rx for a drug that's normally OTC but the rx allows me to get a full-month's supply--but the pharmacy tech didn't fill it properly so I have to come back again the next day* The cashier doesn't know how to unlock her cashier drawer* It's so understaffed that 8 drive-thru customers are served in the time I'm at the pharmacy counter (just me--not me and other customers)* I check the refill status online and it says it's ready for pickup. I arrive at the pharmacy and it is NOT ready for pickup.I've never had such consistently poor and incompetent service from any company in my life. The only reason I've kept coming is that it's such a pain to move all our rxs elsewhere. But that's what we'll be doing now.
