My daughter Christine ordered her gown from them. The owner Deborah is wonderful and so is her staff. We had so much fun trying dresses on. They were so attentive to every detail and made my daughter feel like a princess. I highly recommend them to every bride!!!
Nothing but praise for Agape Bridal! Deborah, the owner, is wonderful and very helpful! They have an impressive selection of beautiful wedding dresses and brides maid dresses, and Deborah was absolutely fabulous with making the bride feel special and happy. If you are looking for the perfect wedding dress experience, this place will exceed your expectations. Thank you again!!!!!!!:):):)
I got married last May and got all our gowns from Villa's. We were very happy with our experience. The staff is very friendly and they even gave us a little extras for getting everything from them. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends who are getting married.
My coworker referred me to Villa's Bridal. I didn't purchase my wedding gown from them but my mother and mother in law both got their dresses from them. All
I can say is that they were both very happy and my mother is a very hard person to fit and she looked so amazing in her gown! She couldn't believe how much compliments she got from everyone including my dad! They definitely have a good selection of dresses both for moms and brides. It's definitely worth visiting.
Just came back from my honeymoon and I promised myself I would write reviews of my wedding experience. For the most part, things went smoothly and some did not. My most wonderful experience is how special my gown made me feel on my special day and I owe it all to Villa's for helping me pick out my gown. They were recommended to me by my two friends and I'm glad they did because not only was the location convenient for me but they did a great job with my dress, my mom's and my daughter who was my flower girl. Since it was my second wedding, I didn't want a poofy gown and Erlina helped me pick out a beautiful trumpet bottom style gown that made me looked sexy! They also helped my mom pick out a dress who is very hard to fit as she is in a wheel chair and was very difficult for her to try on dresses. My daughter can't wait to wear her flower girl dress again to her bday even though it's ivory :-). Overall, I highly recommend them to all my friends.
I came to Villa's for my bridal gown. It was the first place I looked for my gown and went to a few others afterwards. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on at Villa's but I just had to try on some to make sure it was the one. After trying on several gowns, I kept thinking about the first dress I tried on and eventually came back and bought it at Villa's. I told them that I saw it at another store a little cheaper and they matched the price for me and even gave my mom free alteration for her gown. I remember the sales person Pat who was very nice and they were very patient with me. I am in my girlfriend's wedding in Boston this Summer and I also got my bridesmaids dress for her wedding at Villa's. I feel bad that some people have given them a bad review but we had a great experience and would recommend them to all my friends.
First of all, I feel very bad about Villa's bridal receiving some negative reviews. I never write reviews but felt the need to defend this store. I was extremely happy with my experience when I got married two years ago and bought my dress there. I admit one of my bridesmaids was not happy with her gown but that was her own fault as she is never happy with anything. Anyway she is not my friend anymore but that's another story. She wrote a negative review about Villa's and had to find out from a friend what she wrote about them. The dress was ordered the right size and the owner did everything she could to fit her after she had gained weight for medical reason. I would recommend this bridal shop as they have great selection and wonderful service.
I first came to Villa's when I was a bridesmaid for my friend's wedding five years ago. The service was very good and so I decided to come to there to look for my wedding gown. They were my first stop and of course I looked around at other places too for variety. In the end, I ended up getting my gown from there which I knew I fell in love with the first time I tried it on. The other stores that I went to were very short with me and just felt rushed by them and the other stores just didn't have a great selection. I couldn't wait to do fitting once the gown came. Erlina altered my gown even after I lost about 30 lbs. after I ordered the dress. I was very happy with my dress to say the least. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.
I have been a bridesmaids like numerous times for my friends and have had three of my dresses altered by Villa's Bridal. First of all, not too many places take bridesmaids alterations around the area and I am very happy that I can always take mine to Villa's. The alterations were always great. Someday when it's my turn to be the bride I know who to go to!
I got married two years ago and got my wedding gown from Villa's Bridal. I first bought a dress from another store but they later told me that they forgot to order it! Three months before my wedding and I had to start looking for another dress and I'm sure you can imagine the stress I was in. I came to Villa's and found a gown off the rack which I was very happy with! The owner worked on it right away and i was extremely happy with the way it fit me after alterations especially it was a size 14 and I am only size 6! I wish I had there in the first place!

I recently bought shoes from Villa Bridal, which I never would have done had I checked online reviews. I was nervous about buying shoes that I could not try on (they don't keep a stock of sizes), but after confirming several times with the sales lady that I could return the shoes if they did not fit correctly (as long as I paid the return shipping fee), I bought them. Unfortunately they did not fit correctly, and when I tried to return them the sales lady told me the owner said no. Even if I paid to ship them back, which we talked repeatedly about, she would now not let me return them. In short, she is a liar. Is losing customers really worth not returning the shoes?! She doesn't even have to pay to ship them back! I am considering filing a dispute with Visa and not paying the bill. I have no idea how this woman stays in business.

HOW DO I STRESS THIS ENOUGH? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I went to Villa's with the bride and another bridesmaid. We decided on a dress for all of the bridesmaids to wear, and ordered it. This was back in November 2008. We were told we would get a call telling us when the dresses were in. I call in March to ask if the dresses were in and the owner said no. I asked if they would be in by May 1, reason being that I live in Boston and would home that weekend for the bridal shower. I could pick it up then. She said YES. I call a few weeks later to confirm and now she tells me that it isn't in. I tell her that she will need to ship it to me in Boston and that due to the dress arriving late (remember, it was ordered back in NOVEMBER) that I would expect the courtesy of her to comp the shipping charge. I was told I would not have to pay for shipping. Well, I'm sure you can imagine what happened next. When the dress finally arrived at Villa's in June (wedding is July 11), I got a phone call to confirm my address. When I double-checked about shipping, I was told that I was now going to have to pay for shipping! I told the owner I would not, and her reply? ""NO SHIPPING? NO DRESS!"" Then she hung up on me!! In the end, after several phone calls and threats of filing a complaint with consumer advocacy, I ended up paying for shipping. The dress arrived 4 weeks before the wedding, the second week of June.
So that's what happened, but let me tell you a little bit more about the two women who run this place. I will hold back from saying their names, but they're the only two there. You can figure it out. They have to be the absolute RUDEST and NASTIEST women I have ever had to deal with in a store. I was constantly yelled at over the phone followed by the owner HANGING UP on me at least three times (that I can remember). I am shocked that this is what it came to. Once they have your down payment on the dress, they got your money and think they can talk to you anyway they want. They will put you on hold a million times, lose your contact information, and not call you back when they say they will. Not to mention lie about the shipping charge. The best I think was the last time I was on the phone with them. I told them that if they charged me for shipping, I was filing a complaint. When I finally received the dress, I called them and told the owner's assistant that they should expect a complaint. She told me to hold on because she was with a customer. I said, ""Excuse me, I am a customer!"" She then proceeded to tell me she didn't care how I felt, I should be happy that I got my dress, and then she hung up on me.
Ladies - I do not exaggerate or embellish. I am serious when I say this was the worst shopping experience ever. Everything I wrote here not only happened to me, to some degree (rudeness and shipping) happened to the other bridesmaids. Villa's does not deserve your business, and on a day as important as your wedding, you do not deserve to have to deal with Villa's. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. I wish I had!!

Had a terrible experience here buying my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses. Erlina, the owner, lied to me about alterations she was supposed to have done and only when I broke down in tears did she actually do the job I paid her for. Also found out after my wedding, that my maid-of-honor discovered that the hem on the bottom layer of her dress had not been fixed and was left hanging ragged. There are so many more issues I could list but I would run out of room. Please, please, please go somewhere else. Do not give Erlina any of your money! If I could have given this place zero stars (which I tried to do) I would have. They don't even deserve the 1 star I have to give them in order for this review to be published.

I get to write the first review on this place. I would like to tell the world that you should not buy your dress here. The sales lady that works here is the rudest lady I have ever met. I can not say that for everyone that works there because some sales people were very helpful and nice. But there is one lady in particular (i believe she may be the owner) who is the nasty disrespectful person I have ever met. I have never spend the time to write reviews on these web sites but I needed to tell the world how bad this bridal shop is. Not only are they rude but they are very expensive and you are told one price and then charged another. This was also my first time ever being in a wedding and this was the worst experience of my life not only was this lady rude to me she was rude to my friend also. I just have a major problem with people owning buisnesses and being rude to there customers. To be honest if I had choice to not buy my dress there I would have walked out on the first day. This lady does not deserve a dime from me. You would be better off going to david's bridal TRUST ME on this one. Tell everyone you know!!!
The OWNER is one of the nastiest women I have ever met. She is completely unprofessional and does a horrible job with the dresses. In her own words " I have no competition in this are' is her excuse for being able to act as she does. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!
