i walked up to the window at 4:40, no one answered the bell until 5:03, at this point i was already irritated but then the lady acted like she was to good to even give me the time of day!!!! i mean WTH when i go to a store to do business i expect some one with at least some manners!what is the world coming to when i get treated like this in a gold shop????? its was offensive and ruined my day, she told me that the diamonds i paid 1100$$ for were not real and even if they were she couldn't pay for them but she couldn't take them out and just wasted the 40$$ worth of gold with the diamonds… such a rip never go here they are scam artist!

They pay cash instead of checks, they bet any dealers prices, they don't make me take out the stones or over estimate the weight of the stones if I will not let them take the stones out! If I still need a little more they will have the owner go online for today's prices and try to help me the most that they can. They are very fair and I would not deal with anyone else!
