Riata Ford

After 2 unimpressive visits, I came back a third time to get my vehicle serviced. The service manager called me after my last visit and was very apologetic about the situation that had occurred during my last visit. This visit, all of the service representatives I was in contact with were very professional from the minute I walked in the door. The service manager was waiting to greet me and ready to help. They upheld their word about offering better service. I was able to get my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time and walked out a happy customer.

I recently bought a truck from Riata Ford. After 8 long hours of waiting I was told financing went through and all was well and good. Awesome! I sat down and filled out all the final paperwork with the manager sealing the deal. Two weeks later I get a call from "Tony" saying financing didn't go throught after clearly signing for it with him sealing the CONTRACT. They 100% sold the truck to me with approved financing in tack and Breached the contract with me. Not okay. Further more the truck was sold to me as a 5.0L and days later I found out it's a 3.7L which I now find out gets very bad reviews; Deceptive trade practice. Once going back to the Stealership I was spoken down to and felt a strong line of disrespect from 3 people. This has caused me a substantial amount of Mental distress. I would never in my life recomend Riata to anyone ever! This place has lost all my respect and I will continue to tell others of my expirence with Riata everytime I hear someone say they "want a new or used car."

I purchased my new Ford truck from Riata Ford. They were straight forward, and did not pull all the games most dealers do. When I called they answered all my questions and when I arrived nothing had changed. I recommend this dealership and it is nice to have a dependable dealer that you can count on after the sale as well. I will defiantly buy here for next vehicle

Salesman played nice while I was checking out the car and test driving, but then a 180 degree turnaround when discussing price. Demanding, very challenging, intimidating--all the hated salesman's tricks. Later emails said he could not go down any more on price cuz lower than "invoice," a bogus number anyway. Later, an internet salesman from sister dealership sold me the exact same car (same VIN) for $300 lower. I had done my homework and knew the price I ought to pay. Riata lost the sale.

MY FATHER BOUGHT HIS VEHICLES FROM LEAF JOHNSON BACK IN THE DAY AND IVE BOUGHT 2 VEHICLES HERE AT RIATA, ONE NEW AND ONE USED, I RECEIVED TOP NOTCH SERVICE !! FROM THE GREETING OF THE SALES REP TO THE HANDING OF THE KEYS ON MY CLEAN, FULLY GASSED VEHICLE. THE DEALERSHIP WAS CLEAN, THE SALESMAN WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND IVE MET BOTH SALE MANAGERS, AND THE CURRENT ONE, I THINK HIS NAME IS JODI, WAS VERY NICE AND FUNNY! I GOT GREAT SERVICE BOTH TIMES AND A GREAT DEAL! JUST RECENTLY I WENT IN TO LOOK AT A SUV FOR MY WIFE AND WE MET A NEW SALES REP CHRISTOPHER, HE WAS POLITE AND MADE ME AND MY WIFE VERY COMFORTABLE, WE COULDN'T DECIDE ON A VEHICLE, BUT WE ARE GOING BACK BECAUSE RIATA IS A GREAT PLACE WITH GREAT PEOPLE, AND IM LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING WITH JODI THE SALES MANAGER AND CHRISTOPHER THE NEW SALES REP!

I had the best service ever at Riata !! this was the second time in my life i have ever bought a new car, the first time was from some side of the highway used car lot and the experience was awful but i bought it anyway because i didnt know what i was doing. The second time was from RIATA ford in Manor, and these people are GREAT !! They saw that every need was meet and they did everything they could to accommodate me! I Bought my car and it runs great! i just had it in for scheduled service and service was Great! Go with Riata, you wont be disappointed !
