I received extremely poor customer service by a woman in the Customer Service Department when I called the Corporate Office at 11:25am EST Nov. 8th, 2016. I called asking rate information about a parking garage owned by Rapid Park, but found out that it is now managed by another company. She provided a phone number for the company and when I had more questions to ask her, including the name of the newly managed company, she said that she didn't know that answer and she rudely told me that I was asking too many questions, and said to "just call the number I gave you". When I told her I had more questions for her, she hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke to her, asking for her name, yet she refused to give it to me and stated that she is not allowed to give out her name.
ipark located on 304 W. 49th St. Manhattan. I picked up my vehicle today at 4 AM from the parking lot and realized that the right side mirror on the passenger side was cracked and the front license plate was rammed . Immediately I informed the parking attendant about the situation and I was told to return later on the day to file a claim . I was really frustrated and very disappointed in this situation since I just recently purchased this brand-new 2016 BMW X4 about 6 weeks ago. The parking attendants treated my car with negligence and that's unacceptable. I would hope somebody take this matter seriously but no ones has return my calls. Damage estimate $400.00
