        Horrible Customer Experience. ...

        Horrible Customer Experience. I rented some equipment, and due to their "worry-free" guarantee, I called them when the equipment was faltering. I have waited for WEEKS for them to fix my problem, but when I waited until the last minute to pay my payment...they called. Said they couldn't help me with my problem, that was up to a "district manager," but..."Where's your payment?!?" I will NEVER go here again. PLEASE try Aaron's in J.C., or another rent a center. I wouldn't even give this establishment the 1-star that we are forced to give.
