Total crooks. Gave and estimate and when we were billed they double the cost. Showed up after 9, 2 hour lunch and quite before 4 but will bill you for a full day. Stay away from them.

I was in need of a new furnace due to my old one being older than I am, no longer efficient, and rusted nearly threw. I got estimates from 6 companies to do the work. When M&S came to do the estimate they were the ONLY company to explain all of my options and the prices for each install. They did not try to sell me more than I needed and they even advised me not to spend the money on one that I was thinking about because I would not own the home long enough to justify the extra expense. That alone was amazing!I waited months to get back to them while I was evaluating my options and when I finally decided to go with them they started the install in less than a week. which was amazing because it was just starting to get cold. The guys who did the install were a hoot! They didn't mind putting up with me chatting their ears off or my toddler running a muck. My only complaint was that they did not seem as prepared as they could have been but, that had a lot to do with the fact that they had to try to retro fit the new furnace to my old coil that were not made to fit together.
The customer service is horrible. I took my brand new car in to have the windows tinted, when I picked up the car there were several scratches on the car. The technician who installed the tint, denied the damages. It was a huge hassle to get Best Buy to pay for the damages. I had to go to a specified repair shop for a quote to fix it. Best Buy gave me cash for the amount of the estimate but I was still forced to pay full price for the tint and they refused to do anything about the fact that I will be without a car while mine is in the shop for 2 days. Talk about an expensive tint job! Not impressed, do yourself a favor and find a professional tint shop.
