Arrived in a very busy store 15 minutes before out scheduled appointment for service on my son's Macbook Pro. We were immediately greeted at the door by a man who asked us what we needed today. He brought us to a young woman within the store who confirmed our appointment and asked us to have a seat at a table. Less than a minute later a very courteous knowledgeable young man. In less than 10 minutes he had fixed the issue, explaining how if it reoccurs, we can apply the fix ourselves if we want. He answered all questions and was quite respectful. We were finished and on our way out the door by the time our appointment was scheduled to start. I know our experience runs contrary to a lot of reviews I had read, but I'm thinking that is because most of the time people review when they are not happy with their experience. Ours was quite satisfactory. And completely free. Excellent customer service.
Horribly managed, clerks do not appear to understand their products and have earphones listening to iTunes while you're asking for help. Repairs are faulty, mine has been in for three successive repairs within a month, and now no one will tell me how to get my computer back. Genius bar is anything but. Store manager's name is gloria and she won't respond to any issues, goes to hide in the back of the store when you ask a question and won't answer the phone calls from Apple Care. Recommendation is avoid this store.
