So I sent these folks an email asking a few questions about lessons and gear. I have called them 3 times over the past two weeks to remind them to respond to the email. I told these folks that I wanted something in writing NOT over the phone. The last time I called their team I said semi-sarcastically “take your time” in regards to answering my email. I consider not responding to my email for over two weeks to be very unprofessional and I have decided to go elsewhere for scuba lessons. If a business offers an email address for communication then respond to emails in a timely fashion. If you are too busy then “staff up” so you can answer in a professional and timely manner.

My family and I were going on a trip and needed to get items for snorkeling. The staff at Seal Sports was very informative and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all the equipment necessary and how to use it. I was extremely impressed and would recommend anyone to shop with Seal Sports.
The worst dive shop I have brought my business--in regard to customer service and professionalism of staff (specifically Joel). Given they are a Suunto dealer, I brought my Suunto Gekko dive computer in for service and the two weeks quoted for completion turned into six weeks. Then, as if not returning my phone calls weren't enough, this DEALER refused to coordinate authorized dealer purchase verification with Suunto so the technician could have the unit replaced. I would say dealer customer service and the fact that the computer worked on only the two initial dives, will result in me never buying another Suunto product or doing business at Seal Sports Dive Shop.
The documented details. A Gekko (not purchased from this store) was dropped off for repair on 5/10/11. It was immediately shipped to AquaLung for service. Multiple attempts were made to obtain a receipt of purchase as required by the manufacturer for warranty service. No receipt was ever submitted so the manufacturer shipped the computer back on 6/10/11. If purchased here or a receipt had been provided a brand new computer would have been issued. Our apologies go out to this individual.
