The door was locked when we showed up. We called the business and the manager (Brenda) came to the door. She made no attempt to make conversation with me during my cut. She just laughed at the T.V. I showed her pictures of my cut before she cut my hair. She had cut my hair 8 weeks earlier. She looked at the pictures and said "is that a two?" How do I know what a two is? After she cut my hair I asked her "did you make my hair a two?" She said "No I made it a four, two would have been too close" Why did you look at my pictures and ask me if it was a two then? After my cut I got off the chair and she said "you're not walking very well today" I came in with a cane and I just became handicapped so I did not appreciate that remark. BTW she cut my hair WAY too short! I made numerous complaints to Supercuts customer service. No one from this location or the owner would personally call me and address my complaint. This was a VERY disappointing experience!!!
I waited forever to have someone acknowledge me being there, then in walks the 2nd employee apparently on lunch, she then proceeded to give me the worst hair cut I've ever had, so bad I left half way through the meeting I was rushing to, to go home and shave my head as it couldn't have been fixed! Do not trust them with your hair please!
I am new to the area and was pleasantly surprised how professional and qualified the staff are. Coming from California European Salons, I was was sceptic but these guys know what they are doing. Price is fair. Kelsi & Regan are experienced and do great color. Highly recommend
