The people were nice and friendly. Our balls got stuck twice, but a worker headed straight back to retrieve them both times which only took a minute or two at the most. The food was good. We interrupted the food service worker twice while he was eating and he said it wasn't a problem and get right on our order. I do feel that the equipment needs updating, but I have never had a bad experience with this place to where I wouldn't want to go back. My kids love the time we spend together here bowling against each other.
This place is just awful. I felt like I was bowling in a library. You could hear a pin drop. There was no music. You could have music if you're willing to pay more money for the jukebox -- one dollar for two songs. There are no specials, ever, so it's always expensive at over $4 per game. It's old and run down. The young guy working behind the desk was nice, but that's about it.
