        Overall

        We visited over the weekend and the room was okay but not what I excepted to pay for a queen suite. (for the price we paid I expected better quality) Also, found in our room was someone's pony tail that had been cut off in one of the drawers (very disgusting). The room was very small and the bathroom was the tiniest I've ever seen. The pool area was not what I excepted either, the chlorine was so high that everyone in my party got physically ill (flu like symptoms). My family was not the only one's ill that weekend because of the chlorine. Other kids were throwing up from the chlorine, not just my family. We did tell the front desk about chlorine and they told me they know its high and don't understand why they do that. A few of my kids also got chlorine burns from the water as well.

        We did eat at the bar and grill and that was a great experience. The kids loved the food.

        Overall we will not be staying again, not a good experience.

        My kids loved the water park and the room was pretty nice. I have been making plans to return again. Good service and friendly staff.
