Possibly the worst delivery company EVER! SO unprofessional.Today, despite repeated requests for a 30 minute notice so I could leave work and meet the truck, I received a phone call from the driver stating he was at my house waiting. I said "you have to be frigging kidding me". His response? "Don't worry, honey, it's not your fault". I rushed to get home only to find him SITTING ON MY FRONT DECK WITH HIS FEET UP ON THE RAILING. My dog was inside going crazy. Exactly what I was trying to avoid. The piece was already on the second story deck along with someone else's chair (it was clearly marked as going to Springfield, VT). Obviously, I showed them the label on the chair and they argued with me that it was my second piece that I ordered. I was only due one item. Ultimately, they did remove the incorrect chair. The new item was opened on the deck to make sure it was correct and then brought into the house. While taking the incorrect piece out, Michael of the team, nearly pushed the other guy down the stairs by not listening and bull handling the piece. They then exchanged angry words. Michael then decided to carry the sofa down my stairs alone, lost control of the piece and nearly went crashing through my sliding glass doors. Then he tried to shake me down for a tip! “You know, we are like waitresses….”Previous deliveries from them were equally F’d up. No advance calls, rude drivers, dispatch that sends deliveries knowing they are short pieces, reports to Wayfair phone messages never left and emails that were never sent, and every time you call them it’s like they’ve never heard of you. God help you if these are the people that deliver to you. I’m betting the survive on orders from Wayfair and not repeat customers. No one would ever use them twice.
