Every time I ever call they are always late. They refuse to take a phone number or name from you to call in case they get lost (which they do all the time). This also means you have to stare out at the street forever because they won't call when they arrive and will sometimes just leave if you don't come out immediately. They other people steal your cabs all the time after you've been waiting for a half hour.Last time I was stuck out in the cold for over an hour in the winter, late at night, when I was told 15 minutes originally (I called twice in between and was assured they were minutes away). When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the dispatcher, I was hung up on (and the dispatchers are always rude).Drivers are usually nice, but otherwise Queen City Taxi is the worst.Never Again!
On 9/6/2017 between 8:19 and 8:25 AM the driver of car 163 honked and refused to move to the left lane between bridge st. and lowell to pass me, a bicyclist. This is right where there is signage reminding drivers that NH state law allows a bicyclist to take the whole late where "practicable." When calling to report this driver the dispatcher said he would talk to the driver. I asked about additional education for their drivers to ensure it would not happen again, and he said it wasn't his responsibility and got upset. He was very rude. The drivers of Queen City Taxi are not aware of driving laws nor is the company interested in educating them to make them safe for other people on the road.
I called queen city taxi 45 minutes in advance because I had an appointment that I ended up being late to anyways. When I called the company back the second time the guy said "ma'am ma'am ma'am, it's Manchester, the phones have been going off all morning im trying my best" . Like 10 more minutes goes by and the taxi driver finally gets to me. I tried opening the back door as someone was up front. It wouldn't open. The taxi driver YELLED at me telling me to pull it! I told him not to be rude to me. He drove crazy. He was just extremely rude as well as multiple drivers I've had to drive with. I am NOT going with them again!!!
I had taken a ride with this Taxi Service today (March 9th, 2016) from a doctor's appointment, and the ride was very pleasant. The driver was friendly and had a pretty good sense of humor. I would definitely use this taxi service again.
Ok Just to let everyone know the company is under new management!! We have black cars now and everything has changed. Our customer service is much better and we treat everyone the way they should be treated like a human being.....I was appalled with the reviews that I read this would never happen with us. Our drivers are screened and even if there was an incident it would be dealt with swiftly. Customer service, promptness and cleanliness are our main goals. Don't hesitate please give us another chance!!
CALL ANOTHER SERVICE - 669-8765 Taxi Inc, Queen City Cab 622-0008, UBER.COM I was just screamed at by one of there drivers in Taxi # 20 with NH Plate # 349 3490 because I did not let him cut in front of me while he was attempting an ilegal lane change. I called Manchester Taxi Service and the response was - you cannot be courteous and he hung up on me.
Taxi driver became furious when asked to give change and made a big scene, his name is Brian Scott?(not sure about his last name) and threatened me with physical violence. So I had to live without my change and when I called to complain to the company about the taxi driver they wouldn't pick up the phone. I would avoid doing business with this company if possible.

That's strange. I've never had a problem with this company and they have always been courteous.
I read the previous reviews and thought I might be an exception, but no. No call, no show. Don't use this company if you actually have to be somewhere.
