I've been dealing with M.o.M's-NH since I began riding several years ago. Initially, I was a little intimidated by the size of the operation, wide variety of new & used bikes & gear, but, always found that everyone I spoke with to be incredibly helpful, as well as able to make a decision and just do the right thing. That's what kept me going back, as, several of the employees went out of their way to help me (newer rider) whenever I came in. Over time, several bikes and many tens of thousands of miles- I've become friends with a few of the people who work there. For a big store, everyone rides, and, everyone is empowered to help a customer- on the spot. That is a priceless gift for a customer, when trying to decide what to do. Also, there is NO pressure to buy anything- ever. My real reason for having to be there, is, they are the local sales point for several of my bikes. So, when getting serviced- I needed to have certain ones performed at a dealership. Because the service department has been so outstanding, I continue to use them- even on bikes that they don't sell! Steve, in service, goes above & beyond for every single customer. He is unbeleivably good at what he does, and, his customer focus exceeds expectations- every time. Anthony, Operations Manager for this large store, was the 1st person to find me wandering around, and, has always gone out of his way to say hello- regardless of how busy he is. I've always been impressed that he 'remembers' me, I had to reach out to him with a concern- he responded quickly, professionally and addressed it directly, accurately & without any nonsense. Also, he has help guide me through bike purchases, has recommended gear as my experience grew (helmets, jackets, etc...) and, been an ally- even if I was wasn't buying from M.o.M.s! Good people, well treated- stay loyal to good employers. I have no idea what the average length of time is- but, there has been virtually no turnover, and, I have spoken with dozens of other customers (Open houses, Demo Days, Charity Rides) who all have the identical experiences I have. You can buy a bike anywhere, but, if you want a place you can trust to do the right thing- every time & always- M.o.M.'s is where to go. Finally, several friends recommended M.o.M.'s to me, as the least expensive place to buy a bike! Great place to buy a bike, service it & get any needed gear with outstanding riders working there to boot!

I walked into the dealership showroom and John jumped right up to greet me. He walked me over to his desk and didn't even talk about credit applications or finances, which every other dealer seems concerned with the most nowadays. When we got to talking about selecting a vehicle, he didn't push me towards any particular vehcle, but listened and took notes about what I was looking for. We wound up choosing a 2014 sorento. He pulled it up front and showed me all the features and benefits of owning a Kia vehicle, and especially of doing business with Bonneville and Son Kia. We went out for a test drive and any question i had regarding how to use a particular function or about things in my Sorento he answered. Once we got back to the dealership we sat down and that was the first time he even asked if i wanted to buy it. I loved the test drive and the overall look of the sorento so i said sure lets buy it. I told him i wanted to pay around 300-350 a month. He went to his manager for a few minutes and came back with 315 a month. He wrote up the paperwork and went to the billing office for about 15 minutes. I wet through the entire process of insurance and all that. The finance manager came and talked about warranties and a service called protect all. It gives you unlimited ding and dent removal, leather and fabric protection and repairs for spills, stains and burns. It only added about $10 a monthso i added it on. John came back and we went through all the paperwork and contracts. When all was said and done, John made sure that any questions I had about the features were answered. I drowe off with a smile on my face. Also, he opened the door for me every time we went in or out of the showroom.
Have my used Honda less than 3 months and needed new battery. Manager refused to extend good will to new customer by paying any amount of $200 unexpected, and suspect, bill. Will return to my known Servicing people at Auto Care Plus. Bad customer service at dealer!
