JD is the best appliance repairman I have ever called! He is very responsive and knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get the problem diagnosed and corrected. Mine was not an easy fix and he was very thorough to eliminate other possible causes and make sure the correct part was ordered. Would definitely use him again for any appliance problem. He called me to tell me he was going to be a little late and kept me posted on the arrival of my part. He also did not try to fix something that did not need fixing. He's a refreshing change in an industry that generally has little consideration for customers' time, schedules, and money.
