I had excellent customer service from the counter, to the rental area, to the return of the car. The staff went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I was comfortable with the very nice car that they put me in, to ensuring that I had left no personal belongings in the car when I returned.
We've rented from enterprise every fall weekend for the last two years in the Boston area. Three weeks ago, we spent 45 min in line waiting to check out because there was only one checkout lane open. We then noticed that there were beer bottles & shot glasses left in the car. Now, this past weekend we contacted enterprise because the rate was quadruple what we normally pay. We found a car at a competitor for less- contacted enterprise & asked them to match. They refused! We outright asked if they'd prefer to lose a customer and shockingly the agent replied "YES!" --- good riddens- You've lost our business!!
I've got to say, Customer service at this location must not matter to them. I got a rent reminder Via email Tuesday the 15th at 9 am. I logged in and made a single payment, and some how the website double charged me (in a single transaction.) Not a big deal, mistakes happen. I went into the store on Tuesday afternoon, because the back door was broken so I could not get to my storage unit. Again not a huge deal. They told me the double charge has happened to a few people this week online and they were working on it. They could not do a refund at that time because there was no manager on, but promised to call on Wednesday to get it done. I called TWICE on Wednesday, once in the morning and once around 2, both times I was promised a call back. NO CALL. Here is is Thursday, after calling 3 times, once getting transferred to a call center out of state, once getting hung on and once with a promise to get a call back in the next hour (By 11am.) No call. I call again around 12:40, get hung up on. Call right back. Magically I get Jason, the GSM on the phone. At this point I am SUPER frustrated, he finally does the refund. When I bring to his attention the run around I got, and how the staff made false promises, he just brushes me off. Really Really Unimpressed with how this location does business.
Very good customer service - friendly professional staff. Picked me up and after 5 min of paperwork, on my way! And a brand new car with 2K miles on it - doesn't get better than this!

I went to this place to rent a trailer, i am from florida, just here on vacation. The weather was like 19 degrees and im use to 80. They made me go clear across the parking lot 5 times to get diffrent things, that they were suposed to do, such as hook up the trailer, check for damage, then go back out to confirm that my lights worked. The workers their were really rude!!!! I complained and they told me thats not how they run their business. But back in florida they are really nice and helpful, they dont depend on the customer to do their job. I would recomend everyone to stay away from this place, besides their are other locations withen 15 minutes.
