The most DISHONEST establishment I have ever entered in my life. Run fast, Run far, Run away and don t look back! These people over charged us for service that we did not need. $640 for a starter. When I told them that I wanted the used part, they told me that it would cost an additional $150 and placed the part on the counter. I inspected the part and determined that it was mine as I had marked it previously. I had to spin it in the box that they had it strapped into, and the starter was at room temp. I asked them if I could put 12 volts to it to see if it was working or not, and was told that it would spin with 12 volts but due to milliamp differences, it means nothing if it spins . At this, I knew i was being mislead and told them that I would pay $150 for the part. They then took the part to the back room and returned 15 minutes later, placed the part on the counter and asked how I would be paying? . I opened the box and my starter was red hot. Too hot to hold! I asked why my part was now hot? and was told I was being combative and asked to leave. Add to this that they also told us that our battery was dead ( the cause of the starter failure). Replacement was recommended at around $200 and declined. We proceeded directly from Auto Fair to an Auto Zone where our battery was load tested and deemed to be working perfectly. This will not be the last chapter to this story, as we plan to report our experience often ,and to every resource available to us.

They have now had our car one month. They refuse to return calls. They do not answer any of the phone numbers we've tried. Including the main business number.The car is in for work covered by the warranty. It was towed in on a Friday night but they didn't even call until the next Tuesday (despite us calling multiple times in the interim) claiming that they had no clue why it was there. That is an outright lie. They were told both before it even arrived and in a call Saturday to confirm the car arrived during the night.All they care about is making the initial sale. Once that happens, it takes the threat of a lawsuit for them to even begin to do something about your car they are holding hostage.Even if you do manage to get through on a phone, it's so convenient that the guy you need to talk to is always on vacation or taking a 4 day weekend.If you do get sucked into this Death Star, all I can say is "May the Force be with you!"
Have my used Honda less than 3 months and needed new battery. Manager refused to extend good will to new customer by paying any amount of $200 unexpected, and suspect, bill. Will return to my known Servicing people at Auto Care Plus.Bad customer service at dealer!
Went to buy a car with my wife after our old one broke down. We were able to get financed with moderate credit and drove away in a car that very day. I have been referring friends to this company ever since. Our son just started driving and we will be headed back to buy him a car as soon as he gets his license.

Well I shouldn't be surprised but got screwed over by a used car salesman! Husband went to get car huuuuge interest rate and some ghetto shut off installed on car. Out credit isn't terrible so I don't understand. Gas cap is broken. Just feel bad about the entire experience. If we had more time we would have never felt with them!
Awful service department! Very incompetent! They did an oil change on my six month old Jeep and forgot to replace the oil. How does that happen?? How does the service department of an auto dealership forget to replace the oil during an oil change????? It was not a pleasant experience either when I was actually purchasing the Jeep. Won't do business with them again.
Don't use them..led when I first bought the vehicle found out when I had been hit that my vehicle was a repo and that it had been in a accident. Repair work was very shotty. Went in yesterday to get prepaid work done and they "suggested" I get my brakes done THEY DID THEM 3 months ago!! They heard a squeak? They do them wrong?
