I'm a craft beer drinker who lives in a nearby town. Stopped by this store and was surprised they had some decent beers. Picked out two and proceeded to the front checkout. First beer, the cashier scans it and tells me "sorry it's not in the system" I can't sell it to you. Umm, ok. I know how much it costs, I will give you the money, nope, she just says "sorry" in the fakes way possible. So, I choose a second beer, which is clearly marked 8.99 on the shelf. This is a beer that I've bought at least 50 times at stores all over KY, West 6th IPA. It is always 8.99 everywhere, and that is what the tag says here as well. It rings up 9.99. I tell this lady that it should be 8.99 according to the label on the shelf, she says "soooorry" and proceeds to run my credit card for 9.99. I tell her I'm not going to pay 9.99 because it is clearly marked 8.99. Again, she blames it on the "system". I wonder how much extra money this store has stolen from its customers by mislabeling it's products and hoping people don't notice. 1 star rating, only because the selection was good for a small town in eastern KY. Get some better employees and fix your "system" and you might get my business some day.
