I ordered a hamburger during dinner hour, and it wasn't right 3 times!!! The place is not what it used to be!! Don't go. Only go for the beer and live music. Even the women behind the bar won't be nice or serve quick. They serve and talk to the regulars only. I won't become one for sure!!
This is the restaurant of gods. The service there was both humbling and awe-striking. I've never felt feelings before until I ate at this establishment. Before this evening I thought of life as nothing but a prison of dispair. I feel reborn. I'm a new man with new meaning and passion. The Cuban sandwich is literally so good that I placed the plate on the ground and ate it like a dog, like the undeserving ingrate I am. Also, Jen Arrone is not just the average waitress. In fact she is not a human at all. She is a pillar of golden light that moves with the grace of 17 angels and provides a service that cannot and will not be paralleled by any life form on this earth. She is not the waitress that the people of Manchester needs, she's the waitress that the people of Manchester deserve. My final remarks are I didn't believe there was a god until I ate here. Now, I'll believe just about anything that anyone tells me. Why? Not because I'm an average sheep catering to the lunatic ideas of the average commonfolk, but because the main street pub has given me reason to believe that anything is possible. This place is my lifeblood and I would die without it. Thank you for your time.
Soggy sandwich, no sauerkraut on ruben, AND it contained an end of the loaf of bread - DONT COME HERE
Good food and a very cute and cozy atmosphere!
A taste of home for Franco-Americans
Uneven service. Manager as well as wait staff appeared to be in training. While not a busy day for lunch, we were ignored for at least twenty minutes, Server didn't end up serving us. Someone else pitched in. The request for water was forgotten. We're used to better service in places like Florida and North Carolina. Maybe because this store was in a mall the service was found lacking.
This place is a gem, an excellent menu, promt & courteous service. They are very well staffed . For a restaraunt that just opened, we came on day #4 it was very well organized. I can't imagine anyone leaving there with a "legimate" complaint like the previous reviewer.Ham sliders were great, squash soup was to die for, if you like mac & cheese their's is great. Desserts were delicious, coffee was fresh and there is a pretty good wine list. The server said all the food is local or as close as possible ot local.Definately, definately go there.
DON'T DO IT! to sum up the visit (before I go into great detail)- I left hungry. on appearance- 5 stars hands down, the place is beautiful, contemporary and very well put together- primarily the patio. Let's start with indoor seating- on the inside dining area, the area between the booths and tables is SO CLOSE, only ONE PERSON can pass through at a time. Waiter? horrible. To start, he wasn't too familiar with the bar stock (ok, I understand this is day 2 but they should be well versed) His humor was dry and could have easily been perceived as rude. Drinks- I ordered a Mojito, which #1 tasted more like lime soda than mint and #2 the 3 slices of lime floating in my drink? They were browned on the edges- gross. Appetizers- crab cakes, WONDERFUL! chunks of sweet (real) crab. Dinner- disappointing. basic, nothing special. The waiter asked how i felt when i responded 'its ok' he turned to my husband and said 'is she always like this?' yes- YES I AM! my husbands mashed potatoes were cold and also basic- they were mashed when the menu indicated 'whipped potatoes' certainly NOT whipped. Over all, i would 100% will NOT be going back, and will highly recommend no one I know to dine there, waste of $60.
I go there quite often and I always get buy on get one coupons and I've never had a bad meal here. Amazing food for such a good price.
