This was my last resort as I needed a car asap; same day I got home check engine light came on; 2 weeks later battery died; the "owner" was rude very very unprofessional not apologetic about anything was being a real unconcerned person when I expressed how inconvenient this experience has been with them and I am losing time at work to bring a car they claimed was inspected back and forth to them within a 2 week time period. I WILL NOT recommend anyone to go here; if you have bad credit I really suggest just saving up atleast $3000.00 and go to another pay here buy here place. The mechanic was the only nice one..go figure.

I would recommend. I bought a car less than 2 weeks ago, and the check engine light is on. Took it in for service and when it's on the lift, they noticed the rockers are rotten and the frame in the front. It's not Frank's fault since they send out there cars for the safety inspection and it was missed. They put me in a whole other car, without any added expenses to me. And I get oil changes on them for the life of my loan (2years and 8 months). I am having a great experience and would highly recommend. And they guys have been really nice. A+++
0 stars if I could! I am a new customer and dropped off my car this morning to have it evaluated for an oil leak. When it was done they simply called me and I told them I will come to pick it up. During the conversation, never once did they say what time they closed nor what time I should be there to pick it up. MOREOVER, they did not followup to ask me if I was still coming or was on my way, but instead simply closed without ever getting in touch with me again.I worked until 6 (they close at 5), and was completely stranded. My car keys and my house keys were NOWHERE to be found, and to top it off, they left my car unlocked. I spent an hour trying to see if they hid my key somewhere and to try to contact someone to avoid being stranded. NO. SUCH. LUCK.There are two options here, either they completely forgot that I was coming or assumed that I wasnt coming, but either way was happy to leave my car unlocked OVERNIGHT. Since I am not sure whether or not the keys were well hidden (and since I only have one copy), I was forced to leave my car unlocked but my alarm armed and my brake lock on (its like a club for brakes).I AM LIVID. That they would completely let me be stranded, and happy to leave my car unsecured. I AM DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED AND COMPLETELY ANGRY.UPDATE: After spending an hour stranded at night, I was able to stay with a friend who was kind enough to come pick me up and drop me back here. When I started to talk to them, the only thing they would let me say was that "I didnt know when you closed, you never called to see if I was coming, and you left my car unlocked with all my keys in your shop that has my house keys leaving me stranded" when they turned around, grabbed my keys, gave it to me and WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY, started attending to another customer.COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND SIMPLY RUDE BEHAVIOR. UNAPOLOGETIC, DISCOURTEOUS and HIDEOUSLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER DISSERVICE.
I recently had my car repaired here and honestly, I could not be happier. Another dealer wanted to replace my shocks and mentioned something about struts. Cringing inside about the cost, money I really didn't have, I remembered Center Motors and thought why not? I'm so glad I did. Turns out the shimmy was caused by unbalanced tires and the need for an thrust alignment. One shock did indeed have minor leakage but certainly nothing that needed replacement right away. I'm so impressed with Mike, Art and Jamie. (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) You can trust the people at Center Motors. If you're not happy, they aren't. Something wrong with your vehicle? Bring to Center Motors. They'll fix it right and you won't be paying for unnecessary repairs. I speak from experience.
I would NOT recommend this place. I purchased a vehicle (an expensive one at that - worth no more than $7,000 and it was listed as $11,000 plus interest.) I have been in for repairs numerous times and each time they treat me horribly. They have no manners and have no interest in making the customer happy. For those with poor credit - I suggest saving up the $2,000 or $3,000 for a down payment and going to a well known dealer. That is what I will be doing for my next car. This is simply not worth it. My two month warranty is up and my major repair has yet to be fixed. I have a feeling I will be spending hundreds of dollars in repairs soon. I will be going to another shop. I don't trust Franks Auto.
