Kevin has always provided great customer service, he takes the time to find out what is wrong with your vehicle and then makes sure that you understand what he is going to be doing before he fixes it. As a female, it is hard to find an honest mechanic and somebody that really cares about the service they are providing. I have recommended Complete Auto Care to all of my friends and will continue to do so. Kevin always make sure that he finds me the lowest price on parts and is always fair on his labor price. If you have been looking for a mechanic who is honest, hardworking, respectful, a family man and somebody who prides himself on service, look no further!

I took my car to complete auto care and left there as if I found a good and honest mechanic. I would recomend him highly and As I was observing him wait on his customers with the upmost respect and actully taking them to the car and show them them problems with the car. He took the time to talk to me and was very upfront and his pirce are reasonable

I grew up in a small town that survived off of the honesty and good character of its town's people and businesses. You know, the days when a hand shake ment something and you look a fellow in the eyes when you talked. Well, I never felt that good honest business practice sense i left over 20 years ago until my dead dodge took me to Kevin at Complete Car Care. This guy knows customer service as well as the inside of a transmission. He has fixed every squeak , rattle and squirt our cars have made in the past few years and we have never had a complaint from the quality of work to the price of repairs. If you want to save money and get that old school service attitude from our parent's days, go over see the little guy at Complete Car Care.

My car was making the worst noise. Other places tried to fix what they thought was the problem, with no success. Not only did Kevin find a completely separate problem with my car but he went out of his way until he identified the source of the noise.



He helped me to save money by isolating the problem to a small piece instead of charging me to replace larger more expensive engine components.



With out a doubt Kevin will have my business for all of my future care needs!

I've been going a few weeks without A/C because I needed to get it recharged. The heat has become so draining that i couldn't hold off any longer. I came across Complete Auto Center searching the web and comparing prices and after talking to Kevin on the phone I was sold. Kevin has such a good spirit and so easy to talk to. I can tell that he is genuinely concerned with helping others get the best service for their money. I was recently told by a Hyundai dealership that I needed to replace the clutch in my car and it would cost me over $1400.00 !! MAJOR PANIC set in. I found Complete Auto Care spoke with Kevin over the phone and he told me to bring it in & they would take a look at it and wouldn't charge me to have it diagnosed. I took the car in and long story short Kevin informed me there was nothing wrong with my clutch !! He is not out to make a quick dollar like most places. Kevin was very friendly, and took the time to explain to me if the clutch was going bad what it would, and wouldn't do. It is good to know there are some people out there that run a HONEST & FRIENDLY business. They have a customer for life in me !! I would suggest everyone go see Kevin & his staff ! GREAT JOB :)

I recently moved from my home in Minnesota, and one of my biggest concerns was finding an automoblie tech that was not only very good, but one who was trustworthy! After a few different, and less satifactory visits to other Gainesville, Manassas, and Haymarket mechanics, I found COMPLETE AUTO CARE!



Kevin was not only respectful, but patient with me and the issues I had with my 2007 Jeep Commander. He was not willing to throw my money at a "hunch," but took the time to get to the root of the problem. Kevin has earned my trust and respect, and he now has a loyal customer! I told my wife if she has an issue with one of our cars, he is the she can trust. That is something I do not say lightly!



I will be returning to COMPLETE AUTO CARE again!

I found Complete Auto Care by complete accident. I just looked up Auto Repair in Yellow Pages and it was the closest one to my house. At the time, I had very unusual problems with my whole exhaust system. The parts that were needed to fix it were not available. That didn't stop Kevin! He custom made my parts AND the repairs still cost $200-$300 less than what another very well known local auto shop quoted me. Everyone's reviews are right on the money. Kevin is extremely personable and, more importantly, immensely knowledgeable. He will not only fix the problem, but will show it to you and explain what is going on in easy to understand terms. Ultimately, he is willing to work with you no matter what your needs are and he gets the job done earning five out of five stars.

I COULD NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT KEVIN AND HIS HONEST QUICK SERVICE. FEARING MY REPAIR COULD BE IN THE THOUSANDS, KEVIN FOUND OUR PROBLEM AND FIXED IT IN RECORD TIME WITHOUT CHARGING ME AN ARM AND A LEG. WE ARE SO HAPPY TO FIND A NEW MECHANIC THAT IS TRUSTWORTHY AND JUST A FLAT OUT NICE GUY. WE OWN 4 VEHICLES AND WILL BE TAKING THEM ALL TO HIM AND SENDING ALL OF OUR FRIENDS HIS WAY. I recently went to Complete Auto Care on the recommendation of a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Kevin is very flexible and honest. It is hard to find someone that you can trust these days but you will definitely find it with Kevin and crew. The work was done on time and perfect within the time frame that I was given at a lower cost than another estimate that I was quoted. I will definitely be taking all of my vehicles to Complete Auto Care from now on.

Complete Auto Care is tops. Not only do they provide quality car service, but they also offer door-to-door service when I ride the VRE. The prices are right, and the integrity of the staff is unquestionable. I consider Complete Auto Care an undiscovered gem in the Manassas/Gainesville/Bristow area. It is just a matter of time before I will need to schedule service weeks in advance!

I used to always take my cars to dealer for service, but a friend of my referred to Complete auto care, after I got service from there, I stopped going to dealer. Complete auto care crew Kevin and others did a great job with my cars. They knew exactly what was wrong, and they fixed it on time and less money. Their customer service is exceptional, they are very accomodative and try to work with our schedule. I am very happy that I am able to get quality work and saving lot of money by not going to dealer or other shops. I am having 94 Toyota Corolla, and it still rocks because of them. I have referred them to other friends, and they are also happy with their service. I wish them all the best and hope they will continue to do excellent service.

My Mom & I both had our VWs repaired at Complete. Not only was the service friendly and informative , they even pointed out damages done by previous mechanics. The VP Kevin took the time to explain everything and show us what was in need of repair under the hood and what parts were broken by the dealer mechanics ( A Manassas area VW dealer that has since gone out of business).

We really appreciate Complete's attention to detail and professionalism. I don't think we're going to take our cars anywhere else.

Ever since Kevin opened shop, I've stopped taking my car to Goodyear or the dealer. I have a 1995 Infiniti with 145k miles on it & I didn't want to spend the money to go to a dealership (which I did only once when I bought this car a year ago) & get 3rd class service at high price. Needless to say, taking the car to a dealer is not a smart move. Since then, I've been looking for a shop where I can get good service and fair prices. My search came to an end when I found Complete Auto Care. I can't remember the first job I took the car in for, but it was kind of a test case to see what kind of service I would get. I was so blown away by Kevin's & his Dad's service, that I never hesitated to take my car back to them. Since then I've had over $2k worth of repairs & maintenance done at nothing but great prices and even greater service. With every repair, Kevin takes the time to explain what could be wrong, he then confirms it and offers his suggestions on what repairs to get done. To be cautious, I usually get quotes from a few other shops, too. He has always beaten their quotes w/o me having to even share what others were quoting. A great perk is that I can drop off my car at his shop, he'll give me a ride to and from the VRE station so that I don't end up spending a weekend to get my car fixed. Now, you can imagine, if you were to leave your car at a repair shop and you were at the mercy of the shop manager to correctly diagnose a problem & suggest repairs, you are probably going to get more than you needed & naturally pay more; NOT the case with Kevin. He is truly a professional and is one of those car repair professionals that are even harder to find than a bald eagle. HIS SERVICE IS UNMATCHED in the car repair industry. Not only does he understand that you don't want to overhaul your car, he understands that some people (like me) like to see the work that was done. He does a fantastic job of explaining what he did & even shows the parts he replaced. YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS KIND OF SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE. Even though I've had a car where I've had to spend so much money to keep it running, I'm so glad I've been taking it to Kevin and not to the cleaners. :-)

The guys at Complete Auto Care are ALL about SERVICE!!! I've had my car into their shop twice for two different repairs and both times I left very satisfied. The first repair was for a muffler and the second was for new brakes and belts. Each time Kevin explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He gave me pricing options on the brake pads and actually did NOT recommend the most expensive ones. At all times he was very professional and knowledgeable. The service never stopped, he offered to give me a ride to my house while he worked on my vehicle (I live about 2 miles from his shop). Basically it comes down to this, Complete Auto Care gave me quality service in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for?

The guys at Complete Auto Care Inc. are excellent and have diagnosed and fixed our car problems in very short periods of time and at very REASONABLE RATES.



They have always verified with us work that needs to be done and the costs involved BEFORE they started. They also take the time to explain WHAT is broken, HOW it broke, what OPTIONS there are to fix it and how much will it COST ...... and they do this BEFORE THEY EVEN START the work.



Their hours are great; even open 1/2 days on SATURDAYS. And their their SCHEDULE IS FLEXIBLE if you schedule things ahead of time; they have come in EARLY so that I can drop off my car, stay LATE so that you can pick up your car after work, they have dropped me off and picked me up at the VRE, and they have even picked us up and dropped us off when we did not have a car ride.



An example of their excellent service is the time that my FORMER MECHANIC could not find the source of excessive vibration at speed on my front end. He was sure that it was an issue with the brand new tires I bought and they needed to be rotated. Even after the rotation it did not get much better. I went to Kevin and he drove my car for less than 5 minutes and verified that it was indeed the wheel bearings. I dropped off the car the next morning and he had them done before the end of the day ..... BEFORE he had originally said they would be done :-)
