On black Friday i bought some furniture from this store i was told that i will receive my delivery on frist week of December but it did not hapent aftar a long wait i received my items today 01/04/2018 incomplete when i contact them after a tranfering to 4 people i was told that it was discontinue item after 2 months wait they told me when i contact them unprofiionals.never go to this store

We visited the Manassas store on a whim to see what kind of selection was available to refinish a bedroom. We were really happy to meet Jonathan Simmons, who answered various questions without pressure. Jonathan is certified in Tempurpedic mattresses and helped us find something that worked well for us. We ended up staying after closing and receiving great financing options. We will definitely be coming back for more items in the future.

Can't say enough about the great experience we had working with Murch King at the Manassas store. He was welcoming and very patient as we spent several hours browsing and asking him lots of questions. He was able to work out a great package for us which included a 5-pc dining set, 3-pc sectional, 5-pc King panel bedroom set, and a new king sized mattress!! We left the store very happy and excited. Fast forward to today (a week later), we received the first part of our goods which were delivered promptly and in great condition.The delivery guys were on time as scheduled and were quick to put the bedroom and mattress set together. We will be moving in August and look forward to receiving the rest of our furniture then.

We didn't expect to find outdoor furniture at Ashley but we wondered in anyway. We were greeted by Murch who was able to answer all our questions and (unlike so many furniture sales people) gave us time and space to make our decisions.

After a couple of visits we settled on some porch furniture that was delivered just a few days later by a very professional crew.

All in all, a great experience.

I wish I could pick negative stars. The service at the store is terrible. Everyone there is rude and treats their customers like they are a bother. Constant run around to get a delivery. Seriously DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Worked with the salesman Prince William he was extremely professional and helpful. He also went above and beyond while keeping the process fun. I have formerly done sales and customer service and he was exceptional. I recommend working with him!




Agreed with the other review! DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. THE MANAGER NAMED DAVE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. You will not get your stuff for at least a month.

I ordered a sofa and a 5 piece bedroom set at the beginning of this month and was told that it takes about 10-14 days to receive the furniture. It has already been more than two weeks since my order and they are now saying that the estimated delivery day for the bedroom furniture is May 29th.

I requested that they deliver the sofa set before that date at least and they finally agreed to do that. The morning of the delivery date, the driver called me at 7:00am and demanded that we get to the delivery address (haven't moved into the new house yet) an hour earlier than the scheduled time window. When we agreed to go earlier than they had told us to be there the day before, they driver called me and told me they wouldn't be there for another hour or so, because they had the wrong address in their about an inefficient delivery system and lack of communication between the person that calls you to schedule deliveries and the delivery driver.

When they finally arrived, one of the sofa pieces was not the one we had ordered and the other had a burn mark on one of the pillows as well as a puncture. If we hadn't noticed these defects at the time of delivery, we would have been in trouble. Had to schedule another delivery day for them to come and replace the wrong piece, but it was taken care of, so we thought why complain?

We went in to see the manager about the bed situation and they told us there is no guarantee that we will receive the bed by the 29th of this month. When we explained how much trouble we had he was extremely dismissive and upon me mentioning that I had been to their store THREE times for this order, he said, "this is the first time I'm seeing you." That's just one example of how he was rude and refused us to let us cancel the bed from the order.
