I have bought a number of dresses from the Bridal Shop.com. I am “always the bridesmaid, never the bride” so I have bought maid of honor dresses, took measurements for different wedding parties, and basically have been the go to girl for my friends who are getting married. They always put me in charge of figuring out the bridesmaids dresses because I have used this website before. And I will continue to use them because of their quick and easy website, shipping, and all around great customer care. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll be shopping for a white dress myself!

I never thought I would buy any dress from a semi-online shop because I thought that it was too hard. I needed to pick out a dress for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in. I took my measurements and I used their tailoring guide to help determine the best size and fit I would need in a dress. I was still skeptical up until the day I went to the shop and I put it on. Happy to say it fit like a glove and it looks absolutely stunning. The bride was very happy too. The wedding went off without a hitch and I could dance all night in my dress. Did I mention how affordable it was?

It may be hard to believe for some but I am SO happy that I was able to order dresses for my wedding party online. I went shopping with my bridal party and it was a complete disaster because they liked completely different styles of dresses. I took the matter into my own hands when they couldn't compromise and just ordered the dresses through bridalshop.com because I had the measurements already from them. They ended up very happy with what I chose and the dresses arrived on time and they looked beautiful. Highly recommend doing business with them again.

I was recently the maid of honor at my sisters wedding and I set up the appointment for the rest of the bridesmaids to go get fitted for their dresses however I couldn't make it. I told the representative my measurements and I was super scared because on the big day is when I went to pick it up. I am so luckily the representative knew exactly what she was doing and she ordered the perfect size dress. I highly doubt any other store could have done as an outstanding job as they did.

I have to say I was very disappointed in the service I received from The Bridal Shop, Mamaroneck, NY. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. When tried to enter the door they blocked me from coming in and asked if I had an appointment. I said I did and they let me in. I found it kind of rude that they would block me as if I would try to steal something.

I gave them 10 pictures of dresses that came from their in-store website like they requested and they still could only find one of the dresses. The father/owner had me look through the rack for a dress. When I tried on a dress no one was there to show me how to put it on or to look to see how it fit. My grandmother went to ask where the veils were and they told me to look in the corner for it instead of giving me one. I went to try on another dress and my mother had to find the daughter to help figure out how to put on the dress and she had an attitude. Then she left again.



I finally got fed up and started looking for other dresses to look at when the daughter told me that I should change out the bridal gown before I look through the rack and that I had no idea where what style of dresses were, and I should wait for her. I told it had been an hour and no one has given me the dresses I liked, pulled out any dresses for me, given me suggestions on the dresses I had on, and now not allowing me to pull dresses for myself. She got an attitude with me and said she is only one person. I told I don't understand why I made an appointment if no one was going to assist me. Both the father and the daughter went to charge a deposit to a customers account and no one looked for another dress for me so I put on my clothes and left. I wasted an entire hour and I left feeling like she thought she was right in ignoring me the whole time. The only plus about that place was that the dresses were half off. I do not recommend this place at all.

The dress was exactly as pictured on the site. The measurements were very accurate. I enjoyed the fact that the entire time I was there it was all about me, and my personalized service.

Its been quite some time since I received amazing customer service. The staff treated my bridesmaids and I like pure royalty. They are truly the best.

The staff was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes my dream gown was handed to me! All of this great service and the dress was even UNDER BUDGET! Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I got my dress in the mail so fast! The dress looked great on their site but in person it's so much better! It was great talking to them on the phone before I placed my order. I have been here twice for dresses on 2 weddings, one was mine. They have been very accommodating and do what they can to help you with special requests and such. It was always easy to get just what I wanted or needed in a great time frame!

I was not only impressed with the service here but they helped me find a dream dress that was better than what I was looking for. I was very fortunate to have come across this place.

I was looking at their site and a few other for weeks before making a final decision. When I called into the shop like it recommends for sizing info and other specifics. They were very helpful and I was helped with everything and ready to order. The dress arrived quickly and perfectly. It even fits well!

Put knife through that star because they don't even deserve that one. the bridal shop is the worst experienced i have ever encountered. $25 to look and try on dresses and a fee to clean up because you might make a mess non-refundable and per person in the wedding party they only deal with brides on Saturday and by appointment only the young lady we dealt with was just disgusting with horrific customer service lady's do not do to yourself run run run!!!!

I am so happy with the dress I ordered! I originally wanted something with an open. stylish back, but all of those style of dresses did not look good on me in the front, so the salesperson pulled dresses that looked fabulous on my body type. I really appreciated the fact that she allowed me to try on what I wanted to, but then suggested other dresses to see what I thought. I ended up ordering a dress I would have never thought I would have purchased, but it looks great on me. Thanks for all of your help!
