Walmart - Pharmacy

i had my hair cut and colored here at the wal-wart in malvern and they messes my hair up the first thing the girl did was bleached my hair when only thing i asked her to do was to lighten and blend to the color i already had which was sandy blond she bleached my hair out to almost a white and when she did that and i told her she went to light she charged me another $10.00 to darken my hair up she cut my hair nothing like i explained to her how i wanted it she did so bad of a job on the cut that i dont know what i can do other then cutting my hair way short
