We have been raising alpacas in Florida since 2003. Yes, you can raise alpacas in Florida! I love alpacas was the first place we saw alpacas and decided to dig deeper. We have now gotten into every aspect of alpaca breeding in Florida from breeding, birthing, brokering and now into selling alpaca yarn, alpaca roving and raw alpaca fleece all from our herd.
