        Brad came out to service my filter backwash valve. He was so quick, professional and friendly. Took time to explain each step of the process and asked questions about my preferences. Brad even re-routed my pipework to make it look better and to allow me better access to my pool pump! Something I could not have done myself. I highly recommend family run Art-Co for any pool service needs.

        Great Company! Great prices! They are a family owned and operated business and the personal service you get is wonderful. I disagree that there prices are high, I found them lower than the chain stores. I have been going there for over 5 years now and recommend them to anyone.

        GREAT SERVICE, GREAT FAMILY/OWNERS/OPERATORS! The first week I moved to Maitland and had a pool problem on a Sunday! I called Artco as they were located near me. Chuck Kohl was working (he is the Dad and Leader) and explained my needs. He said he would be closing in an hour and that since I was so close he would come out to help! Needless to say I was shocked and pleasantly SURPRISED! Ever since then Chuck and Artco have been my go-to-pool store. They service me weekly and are quick to respond to ANY NEED I have. I could not recommend them any higher than the 5 Stars, but if I could I would!

        This company did not speak to us before performing hundreds of dollars of work on our pool equipment. They did not get our authorization and performed the work anyway. They were our pool cleaning service for about 8 (that's right, 8) years.Bringing this issue to their attention got us nothing but responses defending their actions. The owner and office manager were dismissive. Having such a long standing relationship with them, I couldn't be more disappointed in both their actions and attitude. I will never recommend them again, ever.

        I have been buying products from Artco for years and the service they provide is fantastic. Everyone there is very helpful and the advice they give is always great! The product Optimizer Plus has made our swimming pool water so clean and soft. My sons eyes never burn anymore and the amount of chemicals we use has decrease in half. The water stays so crystal clear and free of the dreaded yellow fungus. I would recomment this company to anybody and everbody!!!!
