Developmental league just has tournament and had to play against club teams????? What a waste! Also way to many girls per team and the coach didn't even know what the tournament rules would be 5 days before the game!! They do NOT care at all about these girls in developmental league. Do not waste your money.

If any of you all know that your daughter is good & good enough to play do not ruin her by coming to this club. Making the decision to leave a review I felt was needed to warn as many people as I can to not waste your time with "Woodlands Revolution".Let me start with having 3 children that all play sports I've seen a lot and heard a lot. Watching all my children play different sports or play the same sport as their siblings I've not yet seen anything run like this place. My daughter has played volleyball for 4 years now. (2 playing club & 2 only practicing with club) She is still very young and has 6 years ahead of her. Every parent knows if their child is worthy of playing the sport they choose to play. Especially if your paying thousands of dollars for a sport. When a coach allows everyone else on the team to play except your child to me that's called abuse. As the coach knows my daughter has given everything for this sport! Yet he's a grown man that seems to be trying to prove something by sitting her on the bench. It's abusive to not give any child some sort of explanation as to why she's not getting to play. Weather it be, work on this at home.., let me work with you.., or simply giving a pat on the back telling her good job. The coaches/director expect the girls to speak to them first if there are any concerning issues but coaches cannot give a simple explanation to the girls about anything. Observing this male coach allow himself to destroy some of these girls emotionally and mentally is sickening. It's almost like it's a goal of his. My daughter would rather me leave then watch her get humiliated over & over. She came in this season with extreme confidence and now she's embarrassed, ashamed, & questions if she's even good enough to play. As her mother I reassure my daughter that I enjoy watching her play volleyball and that she does have the skill to play with this team. A child cannot continue to shake things off time and time again. Our family, and I feel that to sit there and watch is essentially giving the coach a thumbs up to how he's treating my daughter. He can abuse & threaten my daughter while expecting the up most respect in return. So basically assuring himself that she or we WON’T walk away. I will allow my daughter to walk away when the pain gets too extreme. And if that alleviates a little of her pain . . .then that’s what I feel I have to do without giving any explanations to anyone regardless if she just let "her team" down. Having your own business you have to be ready to handle dealing with parents. Good or bad it's the PARENTS that pay this extreme amount of money to "train" your daughter. Point blank I waisted every single dime of my money. Keeping quiet thinking things would change turns into me having to repair my daughters confidence along with training her to better herself after getting zero training in the past 7 months. (Even with privates) At this particular facility you will get a director that handles herself with such pathetic unprofessional low class behavior. Along with grown coward coach/coaches that believe it's okay to speak to a child in the manner they choose. Neither of which want to be bothered with confrontation or even have to deal with any of your concerns regarding your child's wellbeing. Again, even though the parent is the one who pays, in-turn pays to run this facility. I advise you all to skip this trash-hole. Everything is promised at the beginning, I'm telling you all do not trust or believe one word. Sadly Shelly is very unorganized, and unprofessional does not even describe how she is. She really needs her ex-husbands help because Woodlands Wave does not seem to have these issues.
I have had enough with this club, I've lost all respect for my daughters coach also the entire staff of horrible coaches who regularly use embarrassment and humiliation. What they don’t really understand is that these abusive techniques are the most effective way I know to emotionally destroy kids. It's aggressive assault on these athletes. In fact, when a grown adult does it it’s called CHILD ABUSE no ifs ands or buts! If your daughter ask her coach what can she do to improve for her team, do not expect an answer, she will be disciplined for even asking. If you as the parent try's to have a adult conversation forget it, it will not happen. The director Shelly, yes with the resting bitch face currently says "we have experienced and quality coaches" actually she still continues to hire mediocre bully coaches that have the ability to emotionally scar any athlete. (Including herself) Some being previous unsuccessful club owners, & current jr high & high school coaches. Coaches who engage in such behavior are very weak individuals, there is NOTHING educational or constructive about it. If daughter is confident, plays her position well with great skill DO NOT bring her to this club, there are plenty other options in this area. Do your research because this place will ruin her!!!!!
I have nothing but praise for the folks from the Unigas office. We are new residents, and didn't switch over our gas from DH Horton soon enough. Whoops, we got shut off. The gentleman was very nice about it, and told me to just go to the office up the street. I went to the office and dealt with a very pleasant woman, who told me that unfortunately I might have to wait a few days. The next morning, Unigas was back to turn the gas on. Since I don't know how to turn on the water heater, he came in and did it for me - and even checked the stove. Again, he was very nice.
If you receive a deposit invoice from these folks, make sure you identify on your check what it's for. We have always paid our bill on time along with the deposit and Unigas shut our gas off because they put the deposit in the wrong account. Then, initially, said I needed to pay the deposit AGAIN along with a $50 reconnect fee. If this has happened to you also, contact the Texas Railroad Commission. They need to know how badly this office is run. The manager actually told my wife this has happened in the past but is not the norm and it is actually our fault as we did not put the invoice number on the check. You'd think if this happened in the past they would have fixed the problem to stop it from happening again.
