        Today I ordered 2 footloose subs.
        One was fine, mine was soggy and falling apart. When I phoned to let them know about my sub the woman who answered my call told me she made my subs, she told me I wouldn't get a free sandwich and to f off ! She told me not to call or to come back. I asked for a manager and she threatened me.
        I wasn't asking for a free sandwich, I only wanted to speak to the manager.
        This situation is very sad indeed. I'mean 55 and my children don't speak to me this way.
