I returned an item because it was not the part I needed. It was in perfect condition when I sent it. Received an email back saying it was broken. A pic showed a broken part but not in the box I sent. It MAY have broken in shipping although I packed and shipped it carefully and to their specifications. But more likely they just didn't want to refund me my money. Either way, they missed a chance to keep a customer. Found other cheaper and faster online parts options.

ordered my parts on Saturday. Recevied an email quickly, their warehouse was closed for the weekends so my part was pulled on Monday. I had received 2 emails keeping me up to date, So yes, they do care and stay in touch. I received my part Wednesday just as scheduled. I will be doing business with them again.
