Sarah is the "Ultimate Professional" - her calm demeanor, people skills, patience, & above all knowing her customer is her talent. Oh by the way did I mention talent. - She knows hair - rather it is a cut/curl, press, perm, color, weave- you will be delighted by the end results. Sarah is the only hair artist I have been blessed to have her work magic for me - the end result is always complete satisfaction. Thank YOU Sarah for displaying your God-given talent & for your professionalism....It is a delight to know you!
I would give this place a zero if it was an option. The mani pedi I received was a joke, 2nd graders at a slumber party could have done better. The pedicure didn't have any cuticle trimming, callous treatment, or nail polish. I had to have the polish removed because it was so sloppy, so I asked for just a clear coat, which turned out not to be polish at all but a nail strengthener. The manicure was worse! No soaking, no lotion, and applied on my lap. Yep that's right, dry cut nails ( which hurts if you have tough nails), dry cuticle push back and cut so I still have cuticles, they are just jagged and lopsided now., it looks like my fingers went through a lawn mower. If you're used to having your nails done over a table then you should go somewhere else because they just hover over you and paint your nails in your lap here. Whatever they apply to your feet will leave a residue on your skin about an hour later.
This review applies only to Ariel, not any of the other stylists. I honestly wanted to have a positive experience here considering some of the reviews that I read. Even after being disappointed with the first hair cut (I basically was given a mullet, but was convinced to give it a try), I continued to book appointments because I know that it takes some time to get a sense of what a client wants. I even pointed out the things that I liked about his subsequent haircuts all the while explaining what didn't work, thinking that he probably wouldn't do a good job if he felt criticized. I feel like he explains what he wants to do in a way that makes you think you are going to walk out with an amazing hair style, but there were so many screw-ups and times when he obviously didn't listen to what I was asking for (which is his biggest problem, in my opinion, because a stylist should be nothing if not a good listener). I do not think he is worth the price he demands. He is mildly better than the stylists you find at the mall, but I don't think that is saying very much. I will continue my search for a great stylist elsewhere.
Wasn't impressed with the service/my hair cut. The stylist didn't do a good job washing my hair, and I left with it greasy. The stylist seemed disinterested in my comfort, not offering me a magazine while I sat there for 20-30 minutes for my highlights to sink in. The cut was uneven and blocky. I asked for layers and there definitely weren't any. For what I paid, this was not worth it. However, the stylist next to me seemed like she did a really nice job on her client. Will request her next time.
Great service and prices. Make you feel better about myself and my look. I highly recommend Rock N Glam Salon
I've had quality cuts done by the females who work at the location really friendly. I'm sorry for the lack of the name but don't go to the Russian guy. He didn't listen to how I wanted my hair done and made a bunch of really rude comments. I told him I didn't want any length of the top and he trimmed more than half of it off. If I do return I will definitely avoid him at all costs. If he is having a bad day he will take his frustration out on your hair, trust me
The staff were professional and attentive.
The management is top notch and the work-outs are serious. Not a socializing gym, which helps keep me on track. Parking is very convenient and the place is kept very clean. They are always doing improvements and such, which makes me feel like my money is put to use for ME!
I've been a member for nearly 19 years now with hardly a complaint. However, I'm not a high maintenance member either meaning I rarely need anything from the staff. I go in, do my workout, shower and leave -- nearly every day of those past 19 years. When I joined, and hopefully this is still in place, your membership fee is locked in for life. This is what will keep me renewing as long as I continue to live here and want to workout. Truly their best policy. I just recently got involved in group training with trainer Lauren. This definitely has ramped up my workout, something I've really needed after a 19 year rut. Lauren put me and the others in our group through our paces, cheering us on and correcting our form. This is a general body transformation workout and next time I'm going to do "Buns and Guns". Coupled with eating right and my regular workouts, I've managed to take off 13 pounds and I love the results! Thanks for being there Princeton Club.
Staff is very friendly. Clean equipment. Biggest selling point for me is the free childcare. The staff that work in the child center are really great. They know my daughter by her name and are always really kind.
