My shopping experience gone worst on shopbop. Really poor delivery service. I bought my keychains on http://www.robecart.com/whats-new-accessories-keychains and they delivered it right ahead of time. That's my greatest shopping experience ever best quality of products as well.
what a terrible experience. My daughter and I were having a wonderful day hanging out. we stopped to stock up on groceries for her and the grandkids. all was good till we got to the checkout. the cashier and another girl (packer? cart loader, sales help?) told me a had earned a $40 rebate. I was confused, but pleased. then she said if I upgraded my membership, I could start collecting my 2% rebate for every dollar I spend there. I asked about the $40 rebate she had already mentioned and she said "that would have been IF I had had an upgraded membership I could have collected that amount, BUT I could start adding up now if I upgraded. then the other girl jumped in and said if I decided after the end of the membership that I had not benefited, they would refund me the difference. LIES ALL. for one, I had just renewed a few weeks earlier and hadn't spent more the a couple hundred dollars there. 2% of $200 is $4.00 NOT $40.00. (were both of them really that undereducated?? or did they think I was that stupid I couldn't figure out percentages? and two, they do not refund membership fees?) the whole time she was scanning she was pushing me to say "yes, please upgrade my membership". I felt harassed and very very angry by the time I left. I must have said "no thank you, I am not interested" at least ten times and still she and the other girl pushed. we shouldn't have to put up with the aggressive sales tactics from the cashiers. it is bad enough that some sales person will jump in front of you while you are pushing your cart around and try and sell you... direct tv... siding.. insurance etc. Come on, we pay to shop there already. shouldn't that pay for a little peace while shopping? this was at the Madison, wi Sam's club. am considering driving to Rockford, IL to avoid that. I will not be renewing my membership.
I bought a dress for my cousin at shopbop last 2 months and the dress I bought color was already fading. My cousin only used the dress 3 to 4 times after I gave it to her. That was to shameful for me because I'm the one who gave that to her. i made shopping from shopbop , i got receive my order in 5 days its such and hard to wait for this much time and also its so much costly i found every products , i have been exp. to purchase some of the denim jeans from fsession.com they are much better than those
This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This store will show you how it is being black in America. The manager Julie backs up the racism and should never be allowed to work in customer service again. Do not visit this store if you are African American even if you have never stole in your life they will sure make you feel like a THEFT!!!!

When I say this place is a waste of money, I mean that in the most straightforward and literal sense. We spent money at Patty Cakes and literally received nothing in return. A while back my wife and I placed an order for a custom knit hat for our baby and were told it would be ready and shipped to our home in 10 days. It has now been 45 days and Lisa will not return our phone calls, still no hat. Mind you, it's already paid for. Also, it's been so long since we placed the order, we had no choice but to spend *more* money on other hats for our little one to keep her warm. So now we're out a bunch of money and probably won't ever see a dime. Thanks, Lisa.
