If you ever have a problem at this location don't expect to get any help. There is hardly ever a manager on duty and there is no way to get a hold of someone with authority if they aren't standing right in front of you. The clerks are rude and have no time for you unless you are spending money. It is not worth your time going to this horribly ran tanning salon when there are about a dozen others to choose from in the area.
