Here's some of the problems I faced when using with Professional Pest Control

- Missed appointments / showing up without appointments
- Rude customer service
- Endangering small pets
- Poor results

Terrible. They said two weeks ago my apartment didn't have bedbugs. Then they said three days ago they were going to come treat anyway as a preventive measure, that it would be an afternoon job, and that they had to treat for an hour but would be done by the time I got home. When I got home at 4:00, they said they didn't start until 1:30 and wouldn't be done until 7:00. Now at 6:00 they're saying they should be done by about 7:30. And of course it's going to take awhile to cool down from 140 degrees. 7:30 is not afternoon. And I didn't even have bedbugs according to them in the first place.

this is an overdue review, but PPC treated my home for bed bugs and were top notch. we ended up needing a second treatment (possible survivors from the first) and they did the second treatment for free even though we were out of the warranty. they were on time and very professional.

The got rid of my fruit flies , AND found the source! The man who came to our house was very knowledgeable:)

I had my apartment setup to have a bed bug treatment, scheduled for 7:30am and we would be home to let them into the apartment. Due to the house being prepared for treatment my girlfriend and I stayed at a friends house and she went home the next morning to let them in. When she arrived at 7:15 they were already in our apartment, had moved a bunch of breakable and expensive furniture. They had obviously already been there quite a while. They refused to answer how they got in, they are lucky I was not home asleep. Because if I would have had them enter with their key while I was sleeping, it's a great way to get shot! At Minimal they would have been answering questions to the barrel of a 9mm! Aparently this company has never heard of privacy or TRESPASSING! If my landlord wasn't covering the cost I would be taking them to court and would refuse to pay! DON'T EVER USE PPC!!!!!!

We had experienced continual problems with bed bugs in our on-campus housing. Traditional chemical treatments just did not seem to get them all. We heard of PPC's heat treatment method and gave them a call. They showed up right away, on time, and within just a few hours the bed bugs were gone! What a great service....with none of the risks or dangers of typical chemical approaches. Thanks PPC.
